Hrant\u2019\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcrken kafas\u0131nda beyaz beresi olan \u00e7ocuk-katille dayan\u0131\u015fma amac\u0131yla beyaz bere takt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu suikastin hem Hrant\u2019\u0131 cezaland\u0131rmak hem de bu \u00fclkede onun sadece s\u00f6ylenemez olan\u0131 s\u00f6yleme de\u011fil, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez olan\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme cesaretinden ilham alm\u0131\u015f olabilecek olanlara g\u00f6zda\u011f\u0131 vermek i\u00e7in yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hrant Dink\u2019i \u00f6ld\u00fcren kur\u015funda yaz\u0131l\u0131 olan mesaj buydu. T\u00fcrk devletinden farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fte olmaya c\u00fcret eden Orhan Pamuk, Elif \u015eafak ve di\u011ferlerinin ald\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm tehditlerindeki mesaj budur. Hrant Dink \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmeden \u00f6nce, T\u00fcrk Ceza Yasas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc alenen a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lamay\u0131 su\u00e7 sayan 301. Maddesinden \u00fc\u00e7 kez yarg\u0131land\u0131. Bu mahkemelerin her biri T\u00fcrk devletinden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki fa\u015fist sa\u011f harekete giden birer i\u015faret oldu, Hrant Dink\u2019in me\u015fru bir hedef oldu\u011funun i\u015fareti.<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00e7ekleri s\u00f6ylemek T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc nas\u0131l a\u015fa\u011f\u0131layabilir? T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ne oldu\u011funu s\u0131n\u0131rlamaya ve tan\u0131mlamaya kimin hakk\u0131 var?<\/p>\n<p>Hrant Dink susturuldu. Fakat onun \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesine sevinenler bilsinler ki yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ters tepti. Sessizlik de\u011fil, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc yaratt\u0131. Hrant\u2019\u0131n sesi art\u0131k ne kur\u015funlarla, ne hapis cezalar\u0131yla ne de hakaretlerle bir daha asla susturulamayacak bir hayk\u0131r\u0131\u015f haline geldi. O ses hayk\u0131r\u0131yor, f\u0131s\u0131ld\u0131yor, bozgundan sonra bir araya gelen bir ordu gibi yeniden toparlanmaya ba\u015flayan \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc sessizli\u011fi parampar\u00e7a ediyor. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n, Anadolu\u2019da doksan k\u00fcsur y\u0131l \u00f6nce olmu\u015f bir \u015feyi merak etmesine yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Hrant\u2019\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6mmek istedikleri bir \u015feyi. Unutmak istedikleri bir \u015feyi. Evet\u2026. kendi ad\u0131ma, ilk tepkim 1915 hakk\u0131nda bulabildi\u011fim her \u015feyi \u00f6\u011frenmek, tarih okumak, tan\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131 dinlemek oldu. Belki, ama neden saf ve iyi niyetli olmayal\u0131m ki? Oysa \u00f6vg\u00fc ve kutlama ne yaz\u0131k ki yoruma yer b\u0131rakm\u0131yor. Soyk\u0131r\u0131m s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bilerek ve Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletlerin Soyk\u0131r\u0131m Su\u00e7unu \u00d6nleme ve Cezaland\u0131rma S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019nin 2. Maddesi\u2019nde yer alan tan\u0131ma uygun olarak kullan\u0131yorum. Soyk\u0131r\u0131m faili ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f bir su\u00e7 i\u00e7in toplu cezaland\u0131rma olarak ba\u015flad\u0131 \u2013bir tren vagonu kundaklanm\u0131\u015f, 53 Hindu hac\u0131 yanarak \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131nlara s\u00fcr\u00fcler halinde tecav\u00fcz edip diri diri yakt\u0131lar. Gujarat\u2019ta soyk\u0131r\u0131m, Gujarat gururunun, Hindulu\u011fun hatta Hintlili\u011fin \u015fahikas\u0131 olarak k\u00fcstah\u00e7a alk\u0131\u015fland\u0131. Kampanyalar\u0131nda modernitenin ve demokrasinin dilinden ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan ak\u0131ll\u0131ca yararlanarak, bu zehirli mayay\u0131 Gujarat\u2019ta se\u00e7im kazanmak i\u00e7in, \u00fcst \u00fcste iki kez kulland\u0131lar. Bu, Hindistan\u2019da yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ilk soyk\u0131r\u0131m da de\u011fil.
