Tamamen T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye \u00f6zg\u00fc olan bu e\u011fitim projesini 28 Aral\u0131k 1938 tarihinde milli e\u011fitim bakan\u0131 olan <span class=\"mw-redirect\">Hasan Ali Y\u00fccel<\/span> bizzat y\u00f6netti<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neredeyse t\u00fcm Anadolu&#8217;nun okulsuz ve \u00f6\u011fretmensiz oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi g\u00f6z\u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak, d\u00f6nemin ba\u015fbakan\u0131 \u0130smet \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn himayesinde, Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 <span class=\"mw-redirect\">Hasan Ali Y\u00fccel<\/span> taraf\u0131ndan \u0130smail Hakk\u0131 Tongu\u00e7&#8217;un \u00e7abalar\u0131yla k\u00f6ylerden ilkokul mezunu zeki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n bu okullarda yeti\u015ftirildikten sonra yeniden k\u00f6ylere giderek \u00f6\u011fretmen olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle kuruldular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Geleneksel \u00f6\u011fretmen okullar\u0131nda yeti\u015fmi\u015f \u00f6\u011fretmenler i\u00e7in k\u00f6ylerde \u00f6\u011fretmenlik yapmak, istenerek yap\u0131lacak bir g\u00f6revden \u00e7ok zorunluluk olarak alg\u0131lan\u0131yordu. \u00c7al\u0131ku\u015fu roman\u0131ndaki karakter gibi g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ve \u00f6zverili \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin say\u0131s\u0131 azd\u0131. Oysa okuma yazma oran\u0131 Cumhuriyet ilk kuruldu\u011fu y\u0131llarda\u00a0%5 bile de\u011fildi. Bunun yan\u0131nda n\u00fcfusun\u00a0%80lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc k\u00f6ylerde ya\u015f\u0131yordu. K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcleri&#8217;nin kurulmas\u0131 ve yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 konusunda pedagoji uzman\u0131 Halil Fikret Kanad&#8217;\u0131n \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 vard\u0131. Kanad, zorunluluktan de\u011fil \u00f6zveriyle \u00f6\u011frenci yeti\u015ftirecek <em>k\u00f6ye g\u00f6re \u00f6\u011fretmen<\/em> fikrini savunmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1940 y\u0131l\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak, tar\u0131m i\u015flerine elveri\u015fli geni\u015f arazisi bulunan k\u00f6ylerde veya onlar\u0131n hemen yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda K\u00f6y Ensitit\u00fcleri a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de se\u00e7ilen \u015fehirlerden uzak ancak tren yollar\u0131na yak\u0131n tar\u0131ma elveri\u015fli 21 b\u00f6lgede k\u00f6y ilkokullar\u0131na \u00f6\u011fretmen yeti\u015ftirmek \u00fczere a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00d6\u011fretmenler k\u00f6yl\u00fclere hem \u00f6rg\u00fcn e\u011fitim verecek, okuma yazma ve temel bilgileri kazand\u0131racak hem de modern ve ilmi tar\u0131m tekniklerini \u00f6\u011fretecekti. \u00d6\u011fretmenler gitti\u011fi y\u00f6relerde bilinmeyen tar\u0131m t\u00fcrlerini de k\u00f6yl\u00fclere \u00f6\u011fretecekti. Kitaba deftere dayal\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim yerine <em>i\u015f i\u00e7in, i\u015f i\u00e7inde e\u011fitim<\/em> ilkesi tatbik ediliyordu. Her k\u00f6y enstit\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn kendisine ait tarlalar\u0131, ba\u011flar\u0131, ar\u0131 kovanlar\u0131, besi hayvanlar\u0131, atelyeleri vard\u0131. Derslerin\u00a0%50 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc temel \u00f6rg\u00fcn e\u011fitim konular\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eriyordu. Geri kalan\u0131 ise uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitimdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"Genel_bilgiler\" class=\"mw-headline\">Genel bilgiler<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"editsection\" style=\"font-size: xx-small; font-weight: normal; float: none;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1940-1946 aras\u0131nda k\u00f6y enstit\u00fclerinde 15,000 d\u00f6n\u00fcm tarla tar\u0131ma elveri\u015fli hale getirilmi\u015f ve \u00fcretim yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde 750,000 yeni fidan dikilmi\u015fti. Olu\u015fturulan ba\u011flar\u0131n miktar\u0131 ise 1,200 d\u00f6n\u00fcmd\u00fc. Ayr\u0131ca 150 b\u00fcy\u00fck in\u015faat, 60 i\u015flik, 210 \u00f6\u011fretmen evi, 20 uygulama okulu, 36 ambar ve depo, 48 ah\u0131r ve samanl\u0131k, 12 elektrik santral\u0131, 16 su deposu, 12 tar\u0131m deposu, 3 bal\u0131khane, 100 km. Yol yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Sulama kanallar\u0131 olu\u015fturularak enstit\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencilerinin uygulmal\u0131 e\u011fitim g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7iftliklere sulama suyu \u00f6\u011frenciler taraf\u0131ndan getirilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kapat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 1954 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar K\u00f6y enstit\u00fclerinde 1308 bayan ve 15,943 erkek toplam 17,341 k\u00f6y \u00f6\u011fretmeni yeti\u015fmi\u015fti. Fakir Baykurt, Talip Apayd\u0131n, Mahmut Makal, Mehmet Ba\u015faran, Pakize T\u00fcrko\u011flu, Hatun Birsen Ba\u015faran, Ali D\u00fcndar, Mehmet Uslu ve Dursun Ak\u00e7am gibi \u00f6nde gelen yazarlar ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrler bu okullarda yeti\u015fmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"Dersler\" class=\"mw-headline\">Dersler<\/span><\/strong> <span class=\"editsection\" style=\"font-size: xx-small; font-weight: normal; float: none;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Okullar tar\u0131ma elveri\u015fli arazisi olan k\u00f6ylerin yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda kuruldu. Ama\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri de k\u00f6yl\u00fclerin alternatif tar\u0131m tekniklerini \u00f6\u011fretmekti. Ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k bilinmeyen k\u00f6ylerde ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, ba\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k bilinmeyen k\u00f6yde ba\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k \u00f6\u011fretiliyordu. Enstit\u00fcye atanan \u00f6\u011fretmen gitti\u011fi k\u00f6yde okul binas\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6yl\u00fclerin yard\u0131m\u0131yla yapabilecek kadar in\u015faat bilgisi de \u00f6\u011freniyordu. K\u00f6y enstit\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc bitiren bir \u00f6\u011fretmen sadece bir ilkokul \u00f6\u011fretmeni olmuyor ayn\u0131 zamanda ziraat\u00e7ilik, sa\u011fl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, duvarc\u0131l\u0131k, demircilik, terzilik, bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, ba\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k ve marangozluk konular\u0131n\u0131 da uygulamal\u0131 olarak \u00f6\u011freniyordu. Enstit\u00fclerin hepsinin kendisine ait tar\u0131m arazileri, atelyeleri vard\u0131. Bu sayede \u00f6\u011fretmenler kendi okullar\u0131n\u0131 gitti\u011fi k\u00f6yde k\u00f6yl\u00fclerin i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile in\u015fa ediyor ve devletin okul yapmas\u0131na gerek kalm\u0131yordu. Hasano\u011flan K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc, di\u011fer k\u00f6y enstit\u00fclerini kuran k\u00f6y enstit\u00fcs\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencileri taraf\u0131ndan in\u015fa edilmi\u015fti. K\u00f6y enstit\u00fclerinden mezun olan \u00f6\u011fretmenlere yeti\u015ftirildikleri bran\u015fa ve g\u00f6nderilecekleri k\u00f6ye g\u00f6re 150 par\u00e7aya varan alet ve edevat veriliyordu. \u00d6\u011fretmenler bu alet ve edevat ile k\u00f6yl\u00fclerin de yard\u0131m\u0131yla k\u00f6y okulunu in\u015fa ediyor ve k\u00f6yl\u00fclere hem modern tar\u0131m tekniklerini hem de okuma yazmay\u0131 ve hatta m\u00fczik aletleri \u00e7almay\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretiyordu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasan Ali Y\u00fccel Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6neminde d\u00fcnya klasiklerini T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;ye terc\u00fcme ettirmi\u015fti. K\u00f6y enstit\u00fcleri \u00f6\u011frencileri her sene 25 tane klasik roman\u0131 okumakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcyd\u00fc. Bu sayede zeki k\u00f6y \u00e7ocuklar\u0131ndan engin entellekt\u00fcel birikimleri olan ayd\u0131nlar olu\u015fuyordu. Daha sonra kahvalt\u0131 ard\u0131ndan zorunlu okuma saati vard\u0131. Kahvalt\u0131y\u0131 kendilerinden \u00f6nce kalk\u0131p f\u0131r\u0131nda ekmek pi\u015firen \u00f6\u011frenci arkada\u015flar\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu bak\u0131mlardan k\u00f6y enstit\u00fcleri yaparak \u00f6\u011frenim konusunda d\u00fcnyada benzeri g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f bir \u00f6rnek olu\u015fturmu\u015f ve bir\u00e7ok akademik inceleme ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00f6rnek olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"Sanat\" class=\"mw-headline\">Sanat<\/span><\/strong> <span class=\"editsection\" style=\"font-size: xx-small; font-weight: normal; float: none;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00f6ylerde b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f \u00f6\u011frencilere klasik m\u00fczik enstr\u00fcmanlar\u0131 ve geleneksel sazlar\u0131 \u00e7almas\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretiliyordu. <span class=\"mw-redirect\">A\u015f\u0131k Veysel<\/span>, enstit\u00fcleri gezip \u00f6\u011frencilere saz \u00e7almas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyordu. Hasano\u011flan K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc bu konuda en zengin enstr\u00fcman envanerine sahipti. Daha sonra a\u00e7\u0131lan Hasano\u011flan Y\u00fcksek K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;ndeki derslere Ankara Konservatuvar\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenleri geliyordu. M\u00fczik gruplar\u0131, 17 Nisan \u015fenlikleri, s\u0131n\u0131f geceleri veya okulu ziyaret eden bir y\u00f6netici i\u00e7in k\u0131sa haz\u0131rl\u0131k provalar\u0131 yapt\u0131ktan sonra konserler vermekteydi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasano\u011flan K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bir bitirme t\u00f6reni program\u0131, enstit\u00fclerde yap\u0131lan sanatsal faaliyetlerin kapsam\u0131 konusunda \u00f6rnek olarak g\u00f6sterilebilir. <span class=\"mw-redirect\">\u0130stiklal mar\u015f\u0131<\/span> ile ba\u015flayan programda s\u0131ras\u0131yla; konu\u015fma korosu (sa\u011fl\u0131k kolu mezunlar\u0131), mar\u015f ve t\u00fcrk\u00fcler (Ak\u0131n Mar\u015f\u0131, Halay Ba\u015f\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00fcs\u00fc), oyunlar (Arpazl\u0131, Bi\u00e7o), mandolin konseri (Ar\u0131lar, Semada Y\u0131ld\u0131zlar &#8211; \u00f6\u011fretmen kolu mezunlar\u0131), mar\u015f ve t\u00fcrk\u00fcler (Vatan Mar\u015f\u0131, \u00d6rdek isen G\u00f6le Gel T\u00fcrk\u00fcs\u00fc &#8211; y\u00fcksek k\u0131s\u0131m mezunlar\u0131), oyunlar (Bengi, Da\u011fl\u0131), keman konseri (Mozart&#8217;tan rondolar; Allegro Vivo, Allegretto, Allegro A&#8217;la Turca &#8211; g\u00fczel sanatlar kolu), koro (Asker D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, K\u00f6y Okulu, \u0130ndim Dere Beklerim, \u00c7oban &#8211; g\u00fczel sanatlar kolu), temsil (Anton \u00c7ehov&#8217;un Teklif adl\u0131 oyunu), konu\u015fma ve diploma t\u00f6reni, \u0130leri Mar\u015f\u0131 (topluca), zeybek ve oyunlar (d\u0131\u015far\u0131da topluca) yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Programda ayr\u0131ca \u015fiirler okunmu\u015f ve m\u00fczik dersli\u011finde piyano ve saz konserleri verilmi\u015ftir. Sergilenmi\u015f olan, y\u00f6netmenli\u011fini C\u00fcneyt G\u00f6k\u00e7er&#8217;in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 oyunun yan\u0131s\u0131ra enstit\u00fcde son bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde sergilenen di\u011fer tiyatro oyunlar\u0131 Moli\u00e8re&#8217;in <span class=\"new\">Zoraki Tabip<\/span> ve <span class=\"mw-redirect\">Kibarl\u0131k Budalas\u0131<\/span> adl\u0131 oyunlar\u0131, Sofokles&#8217;in <span class=\"mw-redirect\">Kral Oedipus<\/span>&#8216;u, Gogol&#8217;\u00fcn <span class=\"new\">M\u00fcfetti\u015f<\/span>&#8216;i ve <span class=\"mw-redirect\">Shakespeare<\/span>&#8216;in Bir Yaz Gecesi R\u00fcyas\u0131 adl\u0131 oyunudur.<\/p>\n<p>Enstit\u00fclerde haz\u0131rlanan programlar, toplumun sanat ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr hayat\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla \u00e7evre il ve k\u00f6ylere de g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclerek sergilenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"Kapat.C4.B1lmas.C4.B1\" class=\"mw-headline\">Kapat\u0131lmas\u0131<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"editsection\" style=\"font-size: xx-small; font-weight: normal; float: none;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"mw-redirect\">2.
