Kavram\u0131n bu bi\u00e7imi bizi ilgilendirmiyor, daha do\u011fru bir deyi\u015fle, kavram\u0131n bu anlam\u0131yla m\u00fccadele etmeliyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Tutundu\u011fumuz \u201chalk\u00e7\u0131\u201d kavram\u0131 yaln\u0131zca tarihsel geli\u015fmede tam rol alan halk anlam\u0131nda de\u011fil, geli\u015fimi kapan, zorlayan, belirleyen bir halk anlam\u0131nda ele al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.
