Sonraki tarih onlar\u0131n yetersizliklerini g\u00f6sterdi; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ethik kesin anlam\u0131yla bir bilim olabilseydi, bu bilimde \u015fimdiye kadar olduk\u00e7a ilerlemi\u015f olmam\u0131z gerekirdi. Bu yeni bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131yd\u0131 da, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u0131\u015ftan en ufak bir zorlama bile olmadan kendisini bir ba\u015fkas\u0131na hizmete ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f hisseden kimse tamamiyle \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir insand\u0131r. Ahl\u00e2k \u00f6rne\u011fi ne bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r, ne de tek yahut bir dizi arac\u0131n amac\u0131d\u0131r.
