Eserinin \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc anlamak i\u00e7in i\u00e7inde  ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumsal ortam\u0131 ve kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131ca sorunlar\u0131 k\u0131saca  g\u00f6rmek gerek.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">1760 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyaya gelen  Babeuf gen\u00e7li\u011fini Picardie&#8217;de ge\u00e7iren yoksul bir ailenin \u00e7ocu\u011fudur.  \u00d6\u011frenim olarak ne g\u00f6rd\u00fcyse babas\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fcr ve gen\u00e7 ya\u015fta hayat\u0131n\u0131  kazanmak zorunda kal\u0131r. Bir\u00e7ok i\u015flere girip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra. 1785&#8217;de  tapu i\u015flerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Belli noktalarda topla\u015fan bu kapitalist end\u00fcstri  d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, kendilerine bir gelir fazlas\u0131 sa\u011flamak isteyenler (kentlerde  zanaat\u00e7\u0131lar, evlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7iler, k\u00f6yl\u00fcler) \u00f6rme ve dokuma  i\u015flerinde kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere ilkel madde sat\u0131n alacak, tezg\u00e2h kuracak  para bulamad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in, zengin birtak\u0131m t\u00fcccarlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor ve onlar\u0131n  sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u00e7larla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini yok pahas\u0131na yine onlara satmak  zorunda kal\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Babeuf yak\u0131ndan g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bu  durumdan bir\u00e7ok dersler \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor kendisine: \u00d6nce, XVIII. y\u00fczy\u0131l  filozoflar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6zellikle JJ. Rousseau ve Morelly&#8217;nin etkisi alt\u0131nda,  \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyetin haks\u0131zl\u0131klar \u00fcst\u00fcne kuruldu\u011fu sonucuna var\u0131yor. Babeuf  ilk sosyalist kuramlar\u0131n\u0131, devrimden az \u00f6nce Arras Akademisi sekreteri  olan arkada\u015f\u0131 Dubois de Fosseux&#8217;ye yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 mektuplarda taslak halinde  verir. Sonradan Sonsuz Kadastro&#8217;ya aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu taslakta topraklar\u0131n  da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 toplumsal e\u015fitsizli\u011fi \u00f6nlemenin tek yolu olarak g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, Babeuf s\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131  d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini geli\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flar. Ger\u00e7ekte, devrimin girdi \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131na  kat\u0131ld\u0131k\u00e7a, i\u015f\u00e7i kitlesinin \u00e7e\u015fitli yollardan s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc daha a\u00e7\u0131k  se\u00e7ik g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flar ve kafas\u0131nda yer alan s\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 kavram\u0131,  gerek \u00f6\u011fretisinde, gerek eylem hayat\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nem kazan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Babeuf halktan, halk s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131ndan yana olan bu  eyleme devrimin ba\u015flar\u0131nda at\u0131l\u0131r. Bastille&#8217;in ele ge\u00e7ti\u011fi haberini al\u0131r  almaz,<span> <\/span>b\u00fcy\u00fck bir co\u015fku i\u00e7inde Paris&#8217;e ko\u015far ve ba\u015fkentin  devrim havas\u0131na kendini alabildi\u011fine kapt\u0131r\u0131r. Picardie&#8217;ye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde,  halk\u0131 yava\u015f yava\u015f belli ama\u00e7lara do\u011fru seferber etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r, \u00f6nce,  aides ve gabelle gibi dolayl\u0131 vergilere kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015f g\u00f6steren hareketin  ba\u015f\u0131na ge\u00e7er. Babeuf sekiz y\u00fcz Commune&#8217;\u00fcn imzas\u0131yla Millet Meclisine bir  dilek\u00e7e g\u00f6nderir.<span> <\/span>Bu k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtma hareketi y\u00fcz\u00fcnden ilk defa  olarak<span> <\/span>(May\u0131s 1790) hapse at\u0131l\u0131r. K\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra  hapisten \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nca, yeniden sava\u015fa koyulur ve \u00f6zellikle, ba\u015fa ge\u00e7en  burjuvazinin \u00e7i\u011fnedi\u011fi 1789 Bildirisi\u2019nin demokratik ilkelerini  savunmaya ba\u015flar. D\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n\u0131n iftiras\u0131na u\u011frar ve Paris&#8217;e s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmak  zorunda kal\u0131r (1793 ba\u015flan).<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu sefer, Paris  Babeuf \u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi \u00fczerinde kesin bir etki yapar. 1793\u2019\u00fcn Paris\u2019idir  bu,<span> <\/span>Fransa\u2019n\u0131n en \u00e7ok i\u015f\u00e7i ve zanaat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n toplu  bulundu\u011fu bir yer.<span> <\/span>Sansculotteslarla b\u00fcy\u00fck burjuvazi  aras\u0131nda zorlu bir \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 daha \u00e7ok ge\u00e7im  gere\u00e7leri konusunda kendini g\u00f6stermektedir: i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f sava\u015flar  ortas\u0131nda,<span> <\/span>sansculottes\u2019lar ordu ile \u015fehir halk\u0131n\u0131n  az\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 makul bir fiyatla sa\u011flayacak bir salma ve vergileme politikas\u0131  istemektedirler. B\u00fcy\u00fck burjuvazinin en \u00f6nemli b\u00f6l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olan b\u00fcy\u00fck  t\u00fcccarlar, gelir kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131sacak olan bu t\u00fcrl\u00fc ekonomik  s\u0131n\u0131rlamalara var g\u00fc\u00e7leriyle kar\u015f\u0131 koyuyorlar. Ama halk\u0131 yaln\u0131z devrimin  kurtaraca\u011f\u0131na inanan Montagnard&#8217;lar halk\u0131n hak isteklerinin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131  ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyorlar:<span> <\/span>En zorunlu a\u015fl\u0131k maddelerini  vergileyen yasay\u0131 koyuyorlar. Paris Kom\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130a\u015fe komisyonunda g\u00f6rev alan  Babeuf, o zaman\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck ekonomik sorunlar\u0131m yak\u0131ndan g\u00f6rmek f\u0131rsat\u0131n\u0131  buluyor. T\u00fcketim maddelerinin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 art\u0131k onun g\u00f6z\u00fcnde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nem  kazan\u0131yor. Babeuf sosyalizminin bir \u00fcretim sosyalizmi de\u011fil, bir  t\u00fcketim sosyalizmi olu\u015funun nedenlerinden biri buradan gelir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ama devrimin bu kesin d\u00f6neminde Babeuf birinci planda  bir politik rol oynam\u0131yor. O g\u00fcnlerde, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri, hatta 1793  Anayasas\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlayan ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir h\u00fck\u00fcmetin zorunlulu\u011funu,<span> <\/span>kar\u015f\u0131-devrimi  ve b\u00fcy\u00fck burjuvazinin bencili\u011fini etkisiz b\u0131rakacak Terreur y\u00f6netiminin  ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlam\u0131yor hen\u00fcz. Demokratik kurumlar\u0131n serbest\u00e7e  i\u015flemesi, halk yarar\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir politikan\u0131n zorunlu ve yeterli bir  ko\u015fulu gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor ona.<span> <\/span>Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce Babeuf\u2019\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fcl\u00fcyor  ve Robespierre&#8217;in politikas\u0131n\u0131 desteklemekten al\u0131koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thermidore\u2019da b\u00fcy\u00fck burjuvazi Robespierre&#8217;i devirip  tekrar ba\u015fa ge\u00e7iyor. \u0130lk kayg\u0131s\u0131, varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve kazan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131  s\u0131n\u0131rlayabilecek bir halk h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin yeniden kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek  oluyor. Halkla burjuvazi aras\u0131ndaki u\u00e7urum  g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f bir dereceye var\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Robespierre&#8217;in  d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn &#8220;ikinci do\u011fu\u015fu&#8221; diye selamlam\u0131\u015f ve bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131yla,  bilmeyerek, kar\u015f\u0131devrimin ekme\u011fine ya\u011f s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f olan Babeuf, durumu  anlamakta gecikmiyor. Thermidor&#8217;cular\u0131n bir s\u0131n\u0131f politikas\u0131 g\u00fctmeleri  kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda Robespierre&#8217;i tutmamakla b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yan\u0131lg\u0131ya d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc  a\u00e7\u0131klamaktan \u00e7ekinmiyor. B\u00f6ylece, Robespierre&#8217;in d\u00fc\u015fmesinden be\u015f ay  sonra, Babeuf b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apta politikaya at\u0131l\u0131yor ve devrim d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131na  kar\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lan sava\u015f\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na ge\u00e7iyor. Thermidor\u2019cular\u0131n yapt\u0131klar  k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckleri a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vurup demokratlar\u0131 yasalar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde d\u00fczenli  bir ayaklanmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yor.<span> <\/span>Babeuf\u00fcn durmadan s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc  etti\u011fi ayaklanma kans\u0131z bir ayaklanmad\u0131r. Babeuf\u0131&#8217;\u00fcn \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u0131l anayasas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 savundu\u011fu bu  anayasa ona g\u00f6re &#8220;aristokrasinin cumhuriyete giri\u015fini onaylamakta&#8221; ve  Fransa&#8217;n\u0131n y\u00f6netimini, &#8220;mal m\u00fclk sahiplerine&#8221; b\u0131rakmaktayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Babeuf&#8217;\u00fcn bu anayasay\u0131 se\u00e7mesi \u015fundand\u0131: Bir kere, \u00f6z\u00fc  bak\u0131m\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekten demokratik bir anayasayd\u0131 ve halk onun ilkelerini  benimsemi\u015fti.
