Birinci evre \u00fcretim zaman\u0131n\u0131n niceliksel art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yani i\u015f saatlerinin uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 yoluyla art\u0131 emek zaman\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n k\u00e2rl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n temel motoru oldu\u011fu bi\u00e7imsel tahakk\u00fcm d\u00f6nemidir. Bu d\u00f6nemde sermaye kendisinden \u00f6nceki \u00fcretim bi\u00e7imlerini (feodal d\u00f6nem) devralm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fmesi, bilim, teknoloji, mekanik ve makinelerin geli\u015fimi niteliksel bir s\u0131\u00e7ramaya yol a\u00e7arak sermayenin eme\u011fin verimlili\u011fini artt\u0131rmak yoluyla art\u0131 de\u011feri \u00e7o\u011faltma yoluna gitmesine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Makineler ve fabrikalar\u0131n geli\u015fimi b\u00fcy\u00fck sanayi \u00fcretimini geli\u015ftirerek art\u0131k \u00fcretimin fabrikalar\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7i\u015finin ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlarken ileti\u015fim devrimi de bu s\u00fcrece e\u015flik etmi\u015ftir.
