Ad\u0131na postmodernizm denen bu yeni d\u00f6nem, ad\u0131ndan anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere moderniteden bir kopu\u015f, ona bir tepki olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Postmodernizm, sanki d\u00fcnyada ba\u015fka hi\u00e7 bir \u015fey yokmu\u015f\u00e7as\u0131na, de\u011fi\u015fimin par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f ve kaotik ak\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7inde y\u00fczer, hay\u0131r daha da \u00f6te \u00e7amur i\u00e7inde debelenir (Harvey 1997: 60). \u00dcst anlat\u0131lar\u0131n reddedildi\u011fi, hiyerar\u015finin ve merkezin ortadan kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131, k\u00f6k\u00fcn yerini y\u00fczeye b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemdir bu. \u2018Daniel Bell postmodernizmi,yarat\u0131c\u0131 ve isyankar i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fclerin, kendisinin \u2018k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kitle\u2019 ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fi \u015fey taraf\u0131ndan kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yoluyla modernizmin t\u00fcketilmesi olarak tan\u0131mlar. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel kitle;televizyonda, radyoda, sinemada, tiyatroda,\u00fcniversitelerde, yay\u0131nevlerinde, reklam ve ileti\u015fim sanayilerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, ciddi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin al\u0131mlanmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecini haz\u0131rlay\u0131p etkileyen ve kitle k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn daha geni\u015f izleyiciler toplulu\u011fu i\u00e7in pop\u00fcler malzemeleri \u00fcreten milyonlarca insandan olu\u015fur (Harvey 1997:78).<\/p>\n<p>Ekonomik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00fczenlemeleri ve kabulleri ile her d\u00f6nem kendi i\u00e7inde kendi intihar\u0131n\u0131da yarat\u0131r. \u00dcretmek ve daha \u00e7ok \u00fcretmek ilkesinden hareketle rasyonelli\u011fi, laikli\u011fi, bireycili\u011fi, seri \u00fcretimi, kent ve aile ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 do\u011furan Modernizmin bu ilkelerinin kendi i\u00e7inde patlamas\u0131yla t\u00fcketmek daha \u00e7ok t\u00fcketmek ilkesiyle hareket eden postmodern d\u00f6neme ge\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Postmodernizm ve t\u00fcketim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc birlikte telaffuz edilen kavramlard\u0131r. Postmodern d\u00f6nemin yeni \u00fcretim dinamikleri \u00f6z\u00fcnde t\u00fcketimi k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtan bir yap\u0131ya sahiptir.Hayat\u0131n tekrar tekrar yeniden \u00fcretiminin sa\u011flanarak, Marx\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fi art\u0131 de\u011ferin olu\u015fturulabilmesi ve kapitalizmin devam\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle hayat\u0131n her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle t\u00fcketilebilmesi, metala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, nesnele\u015ftirilmesi gereklidir.<\/p>\n<p>ARZU EKONOM\u0130S\u0130-MEDYA \u0130L\u0130\u015eK\u0130S\u0130<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Bell\u2019e g\u00f6re kapitalizm \u201cm\u00fclkiyet kurumuna ve meta \u00fcretimine dayal\u0131 ve ekonomik olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015f olan ekonomik-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir sistemdir. Bu sistem k\u00fclt\u00fcrel olarak m\u00fcbadele ili\u015fkilerine, al\u0131m sat\u0131m ili\u015fkilerinin b\u00fct\u00fcn bir topluma n\u00fcfuz etmi\u015f olmas\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fine dayan\u0131r (aktaran Tomlinson 1999: 201).<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ekonomi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr ayr\u0131lmaz derecede i\u00e7i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir ve bir \u00fcretim-t\u00fcketim ili\u015fkisi i\u00e7erisinde birbirlerinin devam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131rlar. Postmodern d\u00f6nemde kapitalizmin son g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc ile k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00fcreten bir ara\u00e7 olarak medya ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 anlayabilmek i\u00e7in \u2018arzu ekonomisi\u2019 denen kavram \u00fczerinde durmakta fayda vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Arzu ekonomisi, kapitalist ekonominin, metalar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fim de\u011ferinin kullan\u0131m de\u011ferlerinin \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde onlara y\u00fcklenen anlam\u0131n libidinal arzularla ili\u015fkilendirilerek,t\u00fcketimin k\u00f6r\u00fcklendi\u011fi bir \u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bir metan\u0131n \u00fcretim yeri, \u00fcretim an\u0131 ve \u00fcretim tarz\u0131ndan kopuk olarak alg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcketim toplumunda, metalar kendilerini kendiliklerinden t\u00fcketiciye sunar gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrler (Willis 1993:65). Oysa, bu kendili\u011findenlik, metalara y\u00fcklenen yeni anlamlarla, onlar\u0131n \u2018kullan\u0131m de\u011feri\u2019 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda duygular iletmeleri, bireylerin arzular\u0131n\u0131 tatmin etmeleri i\u00e7in kodlanmalar\u0131yla kapitalist \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn sat\u0131\u015f \u00f6ncesi dahil oldu\u011fu son s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. \u0130\u015fte bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, metalar\u0131n feti\u015fle\u015ftirilme s\u00fcrecinde, ula\u015fabildi\u011fi kitle ve etki g\u00fcc\u00fc nedeniyle medyan\u0131n i\u015flevi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz derecede b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr.<br \/>On sekizinci y\u00fczy\u0131lda ulusal bas\u0131l\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015fiminden itibaren, \u00f6z bilin\u00e7 ve kimli\u011fin yans\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131, medya sunumuna ve kar\u015f\u0131 konulmaz soyut arzuya konu olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6zetle, kapitalizm t\u00fcketicilerin metalara kar\u015f\u0131 soyut bir arzu geli\u015ftirmelerini talep eder. Kapitalizmde arzu, soyut bir d\u00fcrt\u00fcd\u00fcr, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ekonomik birikim mant\u0131\u011f\u0131, arzunun metalar ve markalardaki yeniliklere g\u00f6re devredilir olmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirir. Bu soyut \u00f6zellik, arzuyu t\u00fcketiciler taraf\u0131ndan devredilebilir hale getirir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc t\u00fcketicilerin d\u00fczenli olarak metalara y\u00f6nelik g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc isteklerini de\u011fi\u015ftirmeleri, eskilerinin yerine yenilerini koymalar\u0131 gerekir. Kapitalizmde kar\u015f\u0131 konulmaz soyut arzu, bireyi arzu eden bir nesneden,hesap\u00e7\u0131 bir arzu nesnesine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr. T\u00fcketiciler meta taleplerini b\u00fcy\u00fctmekle kalmaz, soyutla\u015fm\u0131\u015f kitle taraf\u0131ndan arzulanmak i\u00e7in rutin olarak bir cisimle\u015fme g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc olu\u015ftururlar.Moda ve be\u011feni k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri bu e\u011filimi g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir ve yans\u0131t\u0131r (Rojek 2003: 195). Kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131, postmodern d\u00f6nemin t\u00fcketim toplumunda, \u2018arzu\u2019nun t\u00fcketim i\u00e7in \u00fcretimi konusunda, ula\u015fabildikleri en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye reklam ve e\u011flence sekt\u00f6rleri vas\u0131tas\u0131yla ula\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Arzunun \u00f6nce \u00fcretilmesi ard\u0131ndan da doyurulmas\u0131 gereklidir ve kapitalizmin bitip t\u00fckenmez i\u015ftah\u0131 ile devreye girdi\u011fi yer de i\u015fte tam bu noktad\u0131r. Doyurulmas\u0131 gereken arzu, t\u00fcketilecek yeni metalar\u0131n \u00fcretimi anlam\u0131na gelir ve bu da kapitalist sitemin, \u00fcretim t\u00fcketim d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn devam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. \u00d6zellikle 80\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren ileti\u015fim teknolojilerindeki geli\u015fmenin de etkisiyle \u2018\u2019k\u00fcreselle\u015fme\u2019\u2019 kavram\u0131yla tan\u0131\u015fan d\u00fcnya, yine kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan yay\u0131lan iletilerin bombard\u0131man\u0131na u\u011fram\u0131\u015f ve kapitalist sistem, arzu ekonomisinin devam\u0131 i\u00e7in bu teknolojiyi nas\u0131l kullanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini \u00e7ok iyi \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015ftir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde art\u0131k reklam ve e\u011flence sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in n\u00f6ropazarlama kavram\u0131n\u0131n konu\u015fuluyor olmas\u0131 bug\u00fcn gelinen boyutlar\u0131 anlayabilmemiz i\u00e7in iyi bir \u00f6rnektir.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni ileti\u015fim teknolojilerinin de etkisiyle, k\u00fcreselle\u015fmi\u015f bir d\u00fcnyan\u0131n yeni \u2018iktidar\u2019 bi\u00e7imi hem bedensel hem de tinsel olarak denetleyebilece\u011fi bireylere ihtiya\u00e7 duymaktad\u0131r.Foucault\u2019un eserlerinde s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fi disiplin toplumu toplumsal komuta mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n (adetleri, al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 ve \u00fcretici pratikleri \u00fcreten ve d\u00fczenleyen) yayg\u0131n bir dispositifler ya da ayg\u0131tlar \u015febekesi yoluyla kuruldu\u011fu toplumdur. Bu topluma i\u015flerlik kazand\u0131rmak ve onun i\u00e7leme ve\/veya d\u0131\u015flama mekanizmalar\u0131na itaati sa\u011flamak toplumsal alan\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen disiplin \u2018gerek\u00e7esi\u2019 i\u00e7in yeterli mant\u0131klar\u0131 sunan disiplin kurumlar\u0131 (hapishane,fabrika, t\u0131marhane, hastane, \u00fcniversite, okul,vb) vas\u0131tas\u0131yla ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n, (modern d\u00f6nemin son d\u00f6neminde geli\u015fen ve postmodern d\u00f6neme a\u00e7\u0131lan) kontrol toplumu dedi\u011fimiz komuta mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n giderek daha fazla \u2018demokratik\u2019, giderek daha fazla toplumsal alana i\u00e7kin hale geldi\u011fi, yurtta\u015flar\u0131n beyinleri ve bedenleri \u00fczerinde da\u011f\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplum anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130ktidar art\u0131k do\u011frudan beyinleri (ileti\u015fim sistemleri, enformasyon a\u011flar\u0131 vb. i\u00e7inde) ve bedenleri (refah sistemleri, g\u00f6zetim alt\u0131ndaki etkinlikler vb. i\u00e7inde) ya\u015fama duyusundan otonom bir yabanc\u0131la\u015fma durumuna getirerek\u00f6rg\u00fctleyen mekanizmayla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r (Hardt ve Negri 2003: 49).<\/p>\n<p>Kontrol toplumunda, beyinlerimizin, duygular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, hayatlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u00e7ine gayet demokrat bir havada s\u0131zm\u0131\u015f olan bu \u2018iktidar\u2019\u0131 daha iyi anlayabilmek i\u00e7in 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n yap\u0131salc\u0131l\u0131k sonras\u0131 Frans\u0131z d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrleri Gilles Deleuze veFelix Guattari\u2019nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00fczerinde durmakta fayda vard\u0131r. Kapitalizmi \u015fizofrenik bir sistem olarak ele alan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrler, \u015fizo-analiz dedikleri \u00e7ift kutuplu bir analiz y\u00f6ntemi geli\u015ftirmi\u015flerdir.\u00a0 Kapitalizm \u015fizofrendir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc sadece birey ve onun kar\u0131 ile ilgilenir, kapitalizm t\u00fcm yerle\u015fik gruplar\u0131 (aile, kilise, okul) y\u0131kar fakat i\u015flevini yerine getirebilmesi i\u00e7in yeni sosyal grupla\u015fmalara ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r ve bu nedenle kapitalizm yeni sosyal grupla\u015fmalar\u0131,devletin yeni formlar\u0131n\u0131 ve yeniden yerine yurduna d\u00f6nmeyi olanakl\u0131 k\u0131lar. T\u00fcm bunlar ayn\u0131 zamanda olmaktad\u0131r. Herhangi bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn hayat\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda yokedilip, y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131rken bir yandan da tekrar kurulmaktad\u0131r. Kapitalist sistem Deleuze ve Guattari\u2019nin analiz y\u00f6nteminde s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fi gibi moler ve molek\u00fcler kutuplar\u0131 vas\u0131tas\u0131yla i\u00e7i\u00e7e i\u015flerlik kazanm\u0131\u015f \u015fekilde hayatlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131nda tutmaktad\u0131r. Bireyselli\u011fimizi olu\u015fturan, ileri do\u011fru at\u0131lan ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f \u00e7izgileri, bu i\u00e7i\u00e7elikte kapitalist sistem taraf\u0131ndan kap\u0131l\u0131p durmaktad\u0131r. Kapitalizm de \u015fizofrenler gibi kendini herhangi bir yere ili\u015ftirip yerle\u015ftirebilir (Peretti 1996).<\/p>\n<p>Kapitalist k\u00fclt\u00fcr, fa\u015fizmi g\u00f6vdeye yasas\u0131n\u0131 kaz\u0131yarak, \u2018yazarak\u2019 sokar. \u0130mleyenin anlam sisteminde, d\u00fczen k\u00fclt\u00fcr-yasa \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcs\u00fc ayn\u0131 d\u00fczleme yerle\u015fir. Deleuze, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc bir kay\u0131t makinesi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr, \u2018\u2019&#8230;tin arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla harf ve s\u00f6zc\u00fckleri de\u011fil, g\u00f6vdeden ge\u00e7erek kod ve yasalar\u0131 kaydeden bir makine. Her k\u00fclt\u00fcr s\u00fcreci, \u00e7i\u011f eti bile \u0131s\u0131ran vah\u015fi bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. (&#8230;) G\u00f6vdeye yaz\u0131lan, bir yersiz yurdsuzlu\u011fun, bir ait olman\u0131n i\u015faretidir. Toplumsal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel anlamda b\u00f6ylesine aktif bir rol\u00fc \u00fcstlenmi\u015f olan bir ara\u00e7 olarak medyan\u0131n, arzu ekonomisinin toplumsal ve bireysel ili\u015fkileri y\u00f6nlendirmesi konusunda da \u00f6zellikle reklam ve e\u011flence sekt\u00f6rleri ile olan i\u015fbirli\u011fi sayesinde ba\u015frol\u00fc oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmayacakt\u0131r. Medya vas\u0131tas\u0131yla her yan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sarm\u0131\u015f olan elektro manyetik g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc ve ses sinyalleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla arzular\u0131m\u0131z durmaks\u0131z\u0131n \u00fcretilmekte ve t\u00fcketilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Arzu ekonomisi ve arzu nesnelerinin t\u00fcketime sunulmas\u0131nda medyan\u0131n rol\u00fcnden bahsettikten sonra, Gilles Deleuze ve Felix Gauttari\u2019nin \u015fizoanaliz y\u00f6ntemi i\u00e7inde modern d\u00f6nemdekinden farkl\u0131 anlam y\u00fckledikleri \u2018arzu\u2019 kavram\u0131 \u00fczerinde durulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Freud ve Lacan bilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 (arzuyu) eksiklikle ili\u015fkilendirir. Arzunun d\u00fc\u015fleneni, bast\u0131r\u0131lan\u0131, dileneni ya da varolmayan\u0131 arzulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir.Arzu, eksik olan ve temsil edilmesi gerekenle ilgilidir. (&#8230;) Di\u011fer yandan \u015fizoid, eksi\u011fi deneyimlemekten mahrumdur. Onun i\u00e7in bilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131 her zaman \u00fcretkendir ve asla fantezi ile ilgili de\u011fildir.
