B\u00f6ylece, h\u00fck\u00fcmdarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 halk\u0131n yard\u0131m\u0131yla alan birisine k\u0131yasla halktan daha \u00e7ok sevgi ve ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6recektir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc insanlar k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten ba\u015fka bir \u015fey beklemedikleri ki\u015filerden biraz iyilik g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerinde bunlara daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir minettarl\u0131kla ba\u011flan\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>33-Falanca bir h\u00fck\u00fcmdar, huzur ortam\u0131na ve halk\u0131n kendi g\u00fcc\u00fcne muhta\u00e7 oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemlere g\u00fcvenip buna g\u00f6re davranmakla hataya d\u00fc\u015fer.
