Bunun yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 halinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin, kritik geli\u015fmelere gebe g\u00f6r\u00fcnen \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki s\u00fcrecine demokratik bir m\u00fcdahale yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 gibi, T\u00fcrkiye halk\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselen \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131l\u0131k ve devlet aras\u0131nda b\u00f6l\u00fcnerek, bu iki anti demokratik g\u00fc\u00e7ten birine yedeklenmek zorunda kalmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olacakt\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu denli kapsaml\u0131 bir katliam\u0131n, gerek asl\u00ee faillerinin, yani \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131lar\u0131n mantalitesi, gerekse de ona seyirci kalan, belki de daha \u00f6te bir \u015fekilde i\u00e7inde olan devletin katliamdaki konumu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc bir irdelenmesine ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Aksi takdirde, katliam\u0131n ger\u00e7ek dersleri \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lamayacakt\u0131r. Bu ise birbirleriyle iktidar m\u00fccadelesi y\u00fcr\u00fcten iki gericilik oda\u011f\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131n daha da peki\u015fmesini, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yar\u0131n\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n belki bug\u00fcnden de karanl\u0131k olmas\u0131n\u0131 getirecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Katliamc\u0131lar\u0131n \u0130deolojik Arka Pl\u00e2n\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00fclkenin ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 bir otelde k\u0131st\u0131r\u0131p yakmay\u0131, insanlar yanarken zafer \u00e7\u0131\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131 atabilmeyi, ola ki ka\u00e7abilen olursa lin\u00e7 etmek \u00fczere beklemeyi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lacak denli tan\u0131ms\u0131z bir vah\u015fet ya\u015fad\u0131k. Sadece bu da de\u011fil, Aziz Nesin\u2019in Sivas\u2019a gidip dinsiz olu\u015funu yinelemesini, insanlar\u0131 yakarak \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyi mazur g\u00f6rme nedeni bir \u201ctahrik\u201d olarak alg\u0131layabilecek denli ilkel bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131k. Peki, ama bu Orta\u00e7a\u011f ac\u0131mas\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda kendini \u00fcretebilmesini sa\u011flayan ideolojik arka pl\u00e2n neydi?<\/p>\n<p>Vah\u015feti sahiplenenler kendilerini \u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u201d, eylemlerini de \u201c\u0130sl\u00e2miyet gere\u011fi\u201d olarak sunuyorlar. Buna bir de t\u00fcm \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131 kesimin do\u011frudan veya dolayl\u0131 deste\u011fini eklersek s\u00f6z konusu ideolojik arka pl\u00e2n\u0131 \u00f6ncelikle \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee literat\u00fcrde aramam\u0131z ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz oluyor. Ancak alt\u0131 kal\u0131nca \u00e7izilmelidir ki; bu aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n yan\u0131t\u0131, ortalama M\u00fcsl\u00fcman yurtta\u015f\u0131n kendisiyle tanr\u0131s\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki saf ili\u015fkide bulunamaz. L\u00e2ik bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla esasen sorunu olmayan s\u0131radan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019\u0131n, insanc\u0131l ve ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc bilincinden temel ayr\u0131mla, Sivas vah\u015fetinin ideolojik arka pl\u00e2n\u0131 siyasal \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131l\u0131kta, yani \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131kta bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>Vah\u015feti yapan, k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtan ve mazur g\u00f6sterenler hep bir a\u011f\u0131zdan, \u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcman mahallesinde salyangoz sat\u0131lamaz\u201d diyorlar. T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee egemenlikte, farkl\u0131 olan\u0131n kendisini hak e\u015fitli\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesine ve ele\u015ftiri \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne yer olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlar. Toplumsal beraberli\u011fe gelince, onun tek bir yolu vard\u0131; o da herkesin M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmas\u0131yd\u0131! Ama bu da yetmez, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131k ad\u0131na egemen olan mezhep ve \u201chalifenin\u201d anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlamda \u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u201d olunmas\u0131yd\u0131. Bu ise, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019\u0131n di\u011fer dinlerle hak e\u015fitli\u011finden vazge\u00e7tik, S\u00fcnn\u00ee\u2019nin Alevi\u2019yle, \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131 olmayan S\u00fcnn\u00ee\u2019nin \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131yla hatta farkl\u0131 mezhep ve fraksiyonlardan S\u00fcnn\u00eelerin de hak e\u015fitli\u011fi ve kendini \u00f6zg\u00fcrce ifade edebilmesi ortam\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcmden yok edilmesi demekti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcman mahallesi\u201d denilen yer, 7. y\u00fczy\u0131l Arap k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnce belirlenen \u015feriat olunca, sadece \u201cg\u00e2vurlar\u0131n\u201d de\u011fil, egemen \u0130slami fraksiyon d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan di\u011fer M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n da bir anda \u201csalyangoz\u201ddan addedilmesi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. 14 y\u00fczy\u0131ll\u0131k uygulama bir yana, \u015feriat\u0131n Asr-\u0131 Saadet\u2019i olan ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 d\u00f6neminde bile b\u00f6yle olmam\u0131\u015f m\u0131yd\u0131? O Asr-\u0131 Saadet ki b\u0131rakal\u0131m farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7tan insanlar\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilmesini, Peygamberin torunlar\u0131 Hasan ve H\u00fcseyin\u2019in katledilmesine kadar varan, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131ktan vazge\u00e7en y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar\u0131n sorgusuz sualsiz katledildi\u011fi, ate\u015fe at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, ba\u015fta Peygamberin kar\u0131s\u0131 Ay\u015fe ve damad\u0131 Ali olmak \u00fczere de\u011fi\u015fik M\u00fcsl\u00fcman otoriteler aras\u0131nda iktidar\u0131n diyalog ve se\u00e7imlerle de\u011fil, on binlerce M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle sonu\u00e7lanan sava\u015flarla belirlendi\u011fi, d\u00f6rt b\u00fcy\u00fck halifeden \u00d6mer, Osman ve Ali\u2019nin \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, insan hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinden t\u00fcm\u00fcyle yoksun bir \u015fiddet ve e\u015fitsizlikler ortam\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. G\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc Allah\u2019tan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve de\u011fi\u015ftirilemez oldu\u011fu \u015feklinde tamamen kendinden menkul iddialarla iktidar olan bir halifenin insanl\u0131\u011fa sunabilece\u011fi \u015fey, \u015feriat\u0131n Asr-\u0131 Saadet\u2019inden daha \u00f6te ne olabilir ki zaten?<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>Kendi inand\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 de\u011ferleri savunuyor, diye insan yakabilen bir vah\u015fetin mazereti olmaz; ister bir engizisyoncu yaps\u0131n bunu, isterse bir \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131, fark etmez. Bize gelince, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f insanl\u0131k de\u011ferleri penceresinden bunun ideolojik arka cephesini bilince \u00e7\u0131kartmak zorunday\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u0131radan bir y\u0131\u011f\u0131n cinneti ile de\u011fil, kendine inanmak kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda cennet ve cehennem dayatmas\u0131nda bulunan ideolojik bir atmosfer ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6yle bir atmosfer ki bu, \u00f6rne\u011fin \u015f\u00f6yle diyebilmektedir: \u201c&#8230; Hak dini kendilerine din edinmeyen kimselerle (H\u0131ristiyan ve Yahudilerle), k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclerek (boyunlar\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fck\u00fcp) elleriyle cizye (hara\u00e7) verinceye kadar sava\u015f\u0131n (Tevbe\u201329)\u201d; \u201cHaram aylar ge\u00e7ince m\u00fc\u015frikleri (tevbe etmedikleri m\u00fcddet\u00e7e) buldu\u011funuz yerde \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcn. Yakalay\u0131p hapsedin&#8230; (Tevbe\u20135)\u201d; \u201cFitne ortadan kalk\u0131p din yaln\u0131zca Allah\u2019\u0131n oluncaya kadar onlarla sava\u015f\u0131n&#8230; (Bakara\u2013193)\u201d; \u201c&#8230; E\u011fer y\u00fcz \u00e7evirirlerse onlar\u0131 yakalay\u0131n, buldu\u011funuz yerde \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcn ve hi\u00e7birini dost ve yard\u0131mc\u0131 edinmeyin (Nisa\u201389)\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>Ne yaz\u0131k ki bu kadar da de\u011fil; insanlar\u0131 yakarak katledebilmeyi de me\u015fru hale getirebilen bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel atmosferdir bu. \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f hukuk a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok me\u015fru ve masum olan bir durumun, \u00f6rne\u011fin kendine inanmama tercihinin, \u201cen b\u00fcy\u00fck su\u00e7\u201d olarak \u201ccehennemde\u201d yak\u0131lmak gibi insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir cezaland\u0131rmayla kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fall\u0131\u011f\u0131na al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r insanlar\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo\u011frusu ayetlerimizi ink\u00e2r edenleri ate\u015fe sokaca\u011f\u0131z, derilerinin her yan\u0131\u015f\u0131nda azab\u0131 tatmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in derilerini de\u011fi\u015ftirece\u011fiz (Nisa\u201356)\u201d; \u201cBoyunlar\u0131nda demir halkalar ve zincirler oldu\u011fu halde kaynar sulara s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp sonra da ate\u015fte yak\u0131lacaklar (M\u00fcmin\u201371\u201372)\u201d; \u201c&#8230; \u0130nk\u00e2r edenler i\u00e7in ate\u015ften elbiseler bi\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir, ba\u015flar\u0131na da kaynar sular d\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcr, kar\u0131nlar\u0131ndakiler ve derileri eritilir, demir kam\u00e7\u0131lar da onlar i\u00e7indir. Orada u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131 \u0131st\u0131raptan ne zaman \u00e7\u0131kmak isteseler geriye d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrler, \u2018yak\u0131c\u0131 azab\u0131 tad\u0131n\u2019 denilir (Hac\u201319\u201322)\u201d vb. vb.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eeriat\u00e7\u0131lar, sokaktaki insan\u0131 kendi iktidar kavgalar\u0131n\u0131n arac\u0131 yapabilmek i\u00e7in i\u015fte bu k\u00fclt\u00fcre dayan\u0131yorlar. \u201cCennete\u201d kavu\u015fmak, \u201ccehennem ate\u015finden\u201d kurtulmak gibi tamamen \u00e7\u0131karc\u0131 bir g\u00fcd\u00fclenme yoluyla, s\u0131radan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131, kendinden ba\u015fka me\u015fru bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f tan\u0131mayan, farkl\u0131 olana ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcz, insan haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131s\u0131z, giderek sa\u011fduyudan yoksun hale getirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>Ancak \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f insanl\u0131k de\u011ferleri ve ahl\u00e2k\u0131yla uzla\u015famaz olan bu yakla\u015f\u0131mlara kar\u015f\u0131 s\u0131radan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019\u0131n da dayanaks\u0131z oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmemelidir. Ba\u015fka inan\u00e7lar ve inan\u00e7 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 ahl\u00e2k\u00ee ve demokratik bir de\u011fer olarak zaten olmas\u0131 gereken sayg\u0131n\u0131n, dinsel a\u00e7\u0131dan da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir mant\u0131k\u00ee gerek\u00e7esine sahibiz: Varolan hi\u00e7bir farkl\u0131l\u0131k ve olu\u015fun Tanr\u0131\u2019n\u0131n iradesi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi\u011fine, birilerini cezaland\u0131rmak isterse bunun i\u00e7in zaten kimseye muhta\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve her \u015feyin \u201c\u00f6b\u00fcr d\u00fcnyada\u201d bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7lar konusunda bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019a d\u00fc\u015fen, yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ideolojik d\u00fczeyde tutmak, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n hak e\u015fitli\u011fi ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmakt\u0131r. Siyasal ihtiras veya \u00e7\u0131kar ili\u015fkilerinden kendini ar\u0131nd\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, Allah\u2019a ger\u00e7ekten inanan ve mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da soka\u011fa atmam\u0131\u015f bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019\u0131n, her \u015feye kadir oldu\u011funa inan\u0131lan bir Allah\u2019\u0131n yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feyleri yapmayaca\u011f\u0131, \u00f6rne\u011fin bir A. Nesin\u2019i \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye kalkmayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k de\u011fil mi? Asgar\u00ee bir sa\u011fduyuyla g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fi gibi A. Nesin, \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n kendisine kar\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 sava\u015fta Allah\u2019\u0131n taraf olmamas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131d\u0131r ki 36 insan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yitirdi\u011fimiz o cehennemden sa\u011f kurtulmu\u015ftur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla cennete gidece\u011fini sanarak katliam yapanlara Allah\u2019\u0131n, \u201cBenim yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m i\u015fi yapmak, benim ad\u0131ma karar vermek, sana m\u0131 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc bre m\u00fc\u015frik.\u201d diye hesap soraca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmekten daha mant\u0131k\u00ee bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olabilir mi?<\/p>\n<p>Bu kadar da de\u011fil; \u201cDinde zorlama yoktur (Bakara\u2013256)\u201d; \u201cSen ancak \u00f6\u011f\u00fct vericisin, onlar\u0131n \u00fczerinde zorba de\u011filsin. &#8230;Onlar\u0131n sorguya \u00e7ekilmesi sadece Allah\u2019a aittir (Ga\u015fiye\u201322\u201326)\u201d; \u201cRabbinize g\u00f6n\u00fclden ve gizlice yalvar\u0131n, O a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 gidenleri sevmez (Araf\u201355)\u201d; \u201cEy Muaz, bir kul g\u00f6n\u00fclden tasdik ederek Allah\u2019tan ba\u015fka tanr\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve Muhammed\u2019in onun resul\u00fc oldu\u011funa inan\u0131rsa, Allah o kula cehennem ate\u015fini haram k\u0131lar (sahih Hadis) vb. yakla\u015f\u0131mlar, bir inan\u00e7 olarak M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n da l\u00e2ik bir atmosferle varolabilece\u011fini g\u00f6sterir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla M\u00fcsl\u00fcman inan\u00e7l\u0131 insanlar, cehennem korkutmacalar\u0131na prim vermeden, Tanr\u0131\u2019n\u0131n adaletinden yana, g\u00f6n\u00fcl rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f insanl\u0131k de\u011ferleri ve sa\u011fduyuyla karar vermeli, hi\u00e7bir zorbal\u0131\u011fa su\u00e7 orta\u011f\u0131 olmamal\u0131, her d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve cinsten insan\u0131n hak e\u015fitli\u011fine sayg\u0131da bug\u00fcn her zamankinden daha da duyarl\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Devletin Tutumu Neyi G\u00f6steriyor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ku\u015fkusuz insanlar\u0131 yakabilecek denli inan\u0131lmaz bir vah\u015fetin asl\u00ee failleri ve onlar\u0131 motive eden bu zihniyetin sorgulanmas\u0131 ve l\u00e2netlenmesi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Ancak Sivas Katliam\u0131\u2019n\u0131 sadece bu yan\u0131yla de\u011ferlendirmek, gericili\u011fin ve bask\u0131n\u0131n salt bir yan\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek anlam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylesi bir yakla\u015f\u0131m, ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 80 y\u0131ld\u0131r niye demokratikle\u015femedi\u011fini, niye ger\u00e7ek anlamda l\u00e2ikle\u015femedi\u011fini, b\u00f6ylesi katliamlara bug\u00fcn bile niye a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011funu, toplumun bir kesimini katledebilecek denli d\u00fc\u015fmanla\u015ft\u0131ran \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131 (ve \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131) totalitarizmin siyasetteki etkin konumunu anlamam\u0131z\u0131 engelleyecektir. Sadece 12 Eyl\u00fcl hukukunun de\u011fi\u015ftirilememesinde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z engellemeler ve bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc azalmayan hak ihl\u00e2llerinde de g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz gibi sorun \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131ktan ibaret de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Denetimden \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flayan \u015eeriat\u00e7\u0131 harekete kar\u015f\u0131 rejimin duymaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kayg\u0131lar ba\u011flam\u0131nda Sivas Katliam\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir devlet operasyonuydu; i\u015fin bu yan\u0131 ise \u00f6zellikle buland\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Oysa katliam\u0131 devletin politikalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda da sorgulamam\u0131z gerekiyor. Aksi takdirde Cumhuriyetin 70. y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131 hareketin niye y\u00fckselebildi\u011fi, niye bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc demokratikle\u015femedi\u011fimiz, niye ger\u00e7ek anlamda l\u00e2ikle\u015femedi\u011fimiz sorular\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ek yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 vermek bilincine ula\u015famayaca\u011f\u0131z. \u00d6zetle Sivas Katliam\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcl\u00fcnde daha k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir sorgulama yapmak zorunday\u0131z. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin tam orta yerindeki bu \u00f6nemli \u015fehrimizde be\u015f bini a\u015fk\u0131n ki\u015finin, 8 saati bulan vah\u015fetinin engellenmemi\u015f olmas\u0131, bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak T\u00fcrkiye yurtta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n cidd\u00ee bir g\u00fcvenlik sorunu ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla i\u015fin bu yan\u0131, demokrasi ve l\u00e2ikli\u011fin kurumsalla\u015fabilmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, sald\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n kendisinden \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130nsanlar\u0131 yakabilen bu vah\u015fetin, g\u00fcnler \u00f6ncesinden kendini g\u00f6stere g\u00f6stere ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilmesi, ona dur diyemeyen devasa bir devlet ayg\u0131t\u0131n\u0131n sorgulanmas\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor. S\u0131radan bir bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 bile g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f bir \u015fiddetle bast\u0131ran g\u00fcvenlik kuvvetlerinin, insanlar\u0131 yakmak gibi ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir vah\u015feti saatlerce seyretmekle yetinmesi, en hafif ifadeyle s\u00f6z konusu katliama g\u00f6z yumuldu\u011funun a\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 S\u00fcleyman Demirel\u2019in, katliam s\u0131ras\u0131nda, \u201cdevlet, halkla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya getirilmemelidir\u201d a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131, nas\u0131l bir devlet zihniyetiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fumuzu g\u00f6steriyor. D\u00f6nemin ba\u015fbakan\u0131 Tansu \u00c7iller\u2019in, \u201cDevlet oradad\u0131r. Otelin etraf\u0131n\u0131 saran vatanda\u015flara hi\u00e7bir zarar gelmemi\u015ftir. Onlardan \u00f6len ve yaralanan yoktur.\u201d ifadesi, devletin yakanlar\u0131 vatanda\u015f\u0131, yananlar\u0131 ise \u201cd\u00fc\u015fman\u201d g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn itiraf\u0131d\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde DGM Ba\u015fsavc\u0131s\u0131 Nusret Demiral\u2019\u0131n, \u201colayda \u00f6rg\u00fct yok, tahrik var\u201d a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 ise, devletin olay\u0131n failleri ve ard\u0131ndaki g\u00fc\u00e7lere ili\u015fkin soru\u015fturmay\u0131 nas\u0131l sapt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. L\u00e2ik olmak iddias\u0131ndaki bas\u0131n\u0131n, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu ile katliam\u0131 Aziz Nesin\u2019e y\u00fckleyip, esas olarak \u201ctahrik\u201d ba\u011flam\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 ise devletin ideolojik ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n da katliama yol d\u00f6\u015fedi\u011fi ve ger\u00e7eklerin \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6rtmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada \u00f6zellikle an\u0131msanmal\u0131d\u0131r ki Sivas Katliam\u0131, muktedirlerin me\u015fru g\u00f6rmedi\u011fi inan\u00e7, kimlik ve siyasal g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere ili\u015fkin de\u011fi\u015fik zamanlarda yinelenen uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n yeni bir \u00f6rne\u011fidir. Yani Sivas\u2019ta ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z katliam, 6\u20137 Eyl\u00fcl 1955\u2019te \u0130stanbul\u2019da, 70\u2019li y\u0131llarda Mara\u015f\u2019ta, \u00c7orum\u2019da, Sivas\u2019ta, Erzincan\u2019da ya\u015fanan provokasyon ve katliamlar\u0131n ve tabii halen K\u00fcrt yerle\u015fimlerinde ya\u015fananlar\u0131n yeni bir \u00f6rne\u011fidir. T\u00fcm bu ve benzeri daha pek \u00e7ok katliamlar aras\u0131nda, sald\u0131rganlar ve gerek\u00e7eler farkl\u0131la\u015fsa da b\u00fcy\u00fck benzerlikler bulunmaktad\u0131r: Hepsinde sald\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n hedefi, devletin topluma dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 resmi kimli\u011fin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalanlard\u0131r, hepsinin ortak noktas\u0131 sald\u0131rganlar\u0131n engellenmeyerek katliama \u00e7anak tutulmas\u0131 ve ard\u0131ndan olay\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6rt\u00fclmesi veya sadece bir k\u0131s\u0131m piyonun cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla yetinilmesidir.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>Pir Sultan Abdal\u2019\u0131n heykelini Sivas\u2019a diktirmeme kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131lardan \u00e7ok, y\u00fczy\u0131llar \u00f6ncesinden gelen devlet gelene\u011finin bir refleksidir. En az\u0131ndan devletin g\u00f6z yummas\u0131 olmamas\u0131 halinde, \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n bunu engellemesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u00d6zetle Pir Sultan ve Ozanlar heykelinin kaidesinden s\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcp \u015fehirde s\u00fcr\u00fcklenebilmesi \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131larla devletin ortak refleksidir. Bu refleks ger\u00e7ekten l\u00e2ik ve halk\u00e7\u0131 bir cumhuriyetin de\u011fil, olsa olsa Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Cumhuriyet kal\u0131b\u0131nda aram\u0131zda dola\u015fan ruhudur.<\/p>\n<p>Denetim d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 halinde bile, katliam\u0131n derinle\u015ferek devam\u0131 devletin g\u00f6z yummas\u0131 sayesindedir. Ya da daha geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeyle bir ta\u015fla iki ku\u015f vurmak istenmi\u015ftir: Bir yandan devlete ra\u011fmen Pir Sultan\u2019\u0131n heykelini dikmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Aleviler sindirilirken, di\u011fer yandan da denetimden \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flayan \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa y\u00f6nelecek bast\u0131rman\u0131n psikolojik temelini haz\u0131rlamak ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Esasen taraflar\u0131 birbirine k\u0131rd\u0131rtarak denetim sa\u011flamak da devletin Osmanl\u0131\u2019dan tevar\u00fcs eden geleneksel politikalar\u0131ndan birini olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Sivas Katliam\u0131\u2019na bu verilerin bilinciyle bakmadan do\u011fru de\u011ferlendirme yapmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Devlet, Ozanlar gelene\u011fini, \u00f6zellikle Pir Sultan\u2019\u0131 sevmemi\u015f, aksine kendine d\u00fc\u015fman bellemi\u015ftir. Kullu\u011fun ve tebaal\u0131\u011f\u0131n de\u011fil, itiraz\u0131n sembol\u00fc olan Pir Sultan\u2019\u0131, \u201cd\u00fc\u015fman devletin ajan\u0131\u201d bellemi\u015f ve belletmi\u015f olan Osmanl\u0131 akl\u0131, miras olarak Cumhuriyet\u2019e ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. 1930\u2019lar\u0131n ortas\u0131nda D\u00e2hiliye Vek\u00e2leti Jandarma Umum Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kaleme al\u0131nan Gizli Dersim Raporu\u2019nda; \u201cYavuz Sultan Selim\u2019in gazab\u0131 olmasayd\u0131, bug\u00fcn bu g\u00fczel T\u00fcrkiye\u2019mizde tek bir S\u00fcnn\u00ee\u2019ye tesad\u00fcf etmek belki de m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacakt\u0131.\u201d ifadesi, bu refleksin yaz\u0131ya d\u00f6k\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f yans\u0131malar\u0131ndan sadece biri ne yaz\u0131k ki. Ne yaz\u0131k ki diyorum, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc asimil\u00e2syonun, s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlerin, katliamlar\u0131n muhatab\u0131 olagelmi\u015f olan Aleviler hem Cumhuriyet ve l\u00e2ikli\u011fe rezervsiz destek vermi\u015ftir hem de devletin kendine etnik temel se\u00e7ti\u011fi T\u00fcrkmenlerin otantik inanc\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. Ne ki T\u00fcrk devleti kendi ge\u00e7mi\u015fini ba\u015fta Safev\u00eeler, Akkoyunlular, Karamano\u011fullar\u0131 gibi T\u00fcrkmen devletlerinde de\u011fil, dev\u015firme Osmanl\u0131\u2019da bulmu\u015f, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 bellemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu zihniyetin Ozanlar An\u0131t\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Sivas\u2019a dikilmesini engellemek istemesinden daha do\u011fal bir \u015fey olamazd\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Pir Sultanlar\u0131n heykelinin dikilebildi\u011fi bir \u00fclkede, toplumun tarih bilinci de devletle vatanda\u015f aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki yap\u0131s\u0131 da de\u011fi\u015fime u\u011framak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Dev\u015firme Osmanl\u0131 despotizmine ba\u015f kald\u0131ran Pir Sultanlar\u0131, \u015eeyh Bedrettinleri halk kahramanlar\u0131 ve de\u011ferleri olarak kabullenen bir toplumun tebaal\u0131ktan kurtulmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Oysa toplum \u00fczerindeki belirleyicilik tekelini elinden kapt\u0131rmak istemeyen bir devletin bunu kabullenmesi olanaks\u0131zd\u0131r. Mant\u0131k ve felsefe derslerini se\u00e7meli k\u0131l\u0131p din dersini zorunlu k\u0131lmas\u0131, hamaset edebiyat\u0131yla toplumu ger\u00e7ek sorunlar\u0131ndan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p \u00f6rg\u00fcts\u00fczle\u015ftirmesi, kendini kutsarken topluma y\u0131lg\u0131 a\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 da bunun g\u00f6stergesidir. Yinelenen y\u0131lg\u0131 kampanyalar\u0131 i\u00e7in halk\u0131n itiraz\u0131 ve muhalefetine bile gerek kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r \u00e7o\u011fu zaman. Resmi T\u00fcrk-S\u00fcnn\u00ee kimli\u011fi kabul etmeyen, asimil\u00e2syonu sindirmeyenler her uygun f\u0131rsatta tasfiye edilmi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrt tehcirleri ve \u0130sk\u00e2n kanunlar\u0131, Varl\u0131k Vergisi, 6\u20137 Eyl\u00fcl talan\u0131 bunun somut g\u00f6stergesi. Nitekim Sivas\u2019ta da olan budur. Sivas\u2019ta toplananlar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tek \u015fey t\u00fcrk\u00fcl\u00fc, panelli, halayl\u0131 bir etkinlikle Pir Sultan\u2019\u0131n an\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 kendi memleketine dikmek, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu \u00e7ok kimlikli co\u011frafyan\u0131n yasakl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini, sembollerini kamusal alana \u00e7\u0131karmak, yani Anayasa\u2019da yaz\u0131l\u0131 demokrasi, hukuk ve l\u00e2iklik iddias\u0131n\u0131 l\u00e2ftan ger\u00e7e\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek \u00e7abas\u0131ndan ibarettir. \u00dcstelik her \u015fey resmi izinle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir ve etkinlik ba\u015fta Aziz Nesin olmak \u00fczere \u00fclkenin y\u00fcz ak\u0131 ayd\u0131n ve sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Durum buyken \u201cDevlet, halkla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya getirilmemelidir.\u201d (S. Demirel) s\u00f6z\u00fc, devletin sald\u0131rganlar\u0131 halktan saymas\u0131, yananlar\u0131 ise halktan saymamas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6stergesidir. N. Demiral\u2019\u0131n, \u201cSivas\u2019ta \u00f6rg\u00fct yok, tahrik var\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fc ise, yasal yay\u0131n da\u011f\u0131tan, afi\u015f asan sol muhalifleri bile \u201c\u00f6rg\u00fct\u201d \u00fcyesi g\u00f6r\u00fcp hukuksuz cezalara \u00e7arpt\u0131ran, faili me\u00e7hul yapan, i\u015fkenceye yat\u0131ran muktedir akl\u0131n, insan yakabilen katliamc\u0131lar\u0131 masumla\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7abas\u0131, bir tercihin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011filse nedir? B\u00f6ylesi bir vah\u015fette sadece \u201ctahrik\u201d bulan anlay\u0131\u015f, devletin dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kimlikten farkl\u0131 \u015feyler s\u00f6yleyeni \u201ctahrik\u00e7i\u201d g\u00f6rmekte, dahas\u0131 bunun cezas\u0131 da g\u00f6z\u00fc d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir toplulu\u011fun, g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin yol vermesiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi katliam olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Verilmek istenen mesaj a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r; e\u011fer devletin belirledi\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karsan\u0131z \u00f6l\u00fcmlerden \u00f6l\u00fcm be\u011fenin!.. \u201c\u00d6rg\u00fct\u201d devlet nezdinde sola \u00f6zg\u00fc faaliyetin, yani ne kadar yasal ve masum olursa olsun, yok edilmesi gereken \u201cd\u00fc\u015fman\u201d kurumdur. Bu So\u011fuk Sava\u015f y\u00fcklemi i\u00e7inde, insanlar\u0131 toplu olarak yakma organizasyonu, t\u0131pk\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015fte Mara\u015f\u2019ta, i\u00e7lerinde hamile kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar d\u00e2hil 110 insan\u0131n katledilmesi organizasyonunda oldu\u011fu gibi \u201c\u00f6rg\u00fct\u201d say\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r; deyim uygunsa \u201cbizim \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u201d, \u201chalk\u0131n\u201d, \u201cvatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n\u201d tahrik olmas\u0131 durumu s\u00f6z konusudur! Bu yakla\u015f\u0131mda su\u00e7, hak ihl\u00e2li ve katliam de\u011fil, evrensel anla\u015fmalarla g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Devletin istemedi\u011fi hak talebinde bulunursan\u0131z, besleme gericilik odaklar\u0131 \u201ctahrik olur\u201d, kamusal olanaklar\u0131n deste\u011fiyle tehdit eder, katliamlar yapar ve t\u00fcm bu su\u00e7 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde g\u00fcvenlik kuvvetleri k\u00f6r-sa\u011f\u0131r davran\u0131r; ta ki i\u015f bitene, hak talep edenler tedip edilene kadar!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSivas\u2019ta \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc olaylar oldu. Devlet oradad\u0131r. Otelin etraf\u0131n\u0131 saran vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde zarar gelmemi\u015ftir. Onlardan \u00f6len ve yaralanan yoktur.\u201d diyen bir Ba\u015fbakan ise, t\u00fcm bu geli\u015fmelerin \u00fczerine \u00e2deta t\u00fcy dikmi\u015ftir. Devlet\u2019ten kas\u0131t, inan\u00e7 ve fikir ayr\u0131m\u0131 yapmadan t\u00fcm yurtta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131, ama \u00f6zelikle sald\u0131r\u0131ya u\u011frayan yurtta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 koruyan demokratik bir ayg\u0131ttan s\u00f6z ediyorsak, Devlet\u2019in orada oldu\u011fu iddias\u0131 koca bir yaland\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc demokratik devlet, yurtta\u015flar\u0131n bir kesiminin di\u011ferlerini katletmesine seyirci kalmaz. Ancak di\u011fer yandan devletin b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcc\u00fcyle orada oldu\u011fu da ortadad\u0131r. Ama sald\u0131rganlardan onlarca kat fazla ve etkin g\u00fcc\u00fcyle orada olan devlet, orada de\u011fil gibi davranmay\u0131 tercih etmi\u015f, katliam\u0131 seyretmi\u015ftir. Topluma dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kimlikten olan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n katliam\u0131na seyirci kalm\u0131\u015f, onlardan \u00f6len ve yaralanan olmamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kendinden saymad\u0131\u011f\u0131 insanlar\u0131n yanmas\u0131n\u0131 ise vaka-i adiyeden saym\u0131\u015f, \u00f6nemsememi\u015ftir. 1970\u2019ler boyunca katliamdan katliama ko\u015fanlara ili\u015fkin, \u201cBana milliyet\u00e7iler su\u00e7 i\u015fliyor, dedirtemezsiniz.\u201d (Demirel) diyen devlet akl\u0131, Sivas \u00f6rne\u011finde de yinelenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Daha ilginci, Mad\u0131mak Oteli\u2019ni ku\u015fatanlar saatler boyu, \u201cKemalist devlet y\u0131k\u0131lacak elbet\u201d, \u201cVali gidecek \u015feriat gelecek\u201d, \u201cCumhuriyet, Sivas\u2019ta kuruldu Sivas\u2019ta y\u0131k\u0131lacak\u201d diye ba\u011f\u0131rmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen engellemeyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durum, ayn\u0131 zamanda devletin Kemalizm, demokrasi ve l\u00e2iklik kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda nas\u0131l bir anlay\u0131\u015fa savruldu\u011funun da somut g\u00f6stergesidir.
