Birinci Cihan Harbinin t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 enkazlar bir yana Anadolu halklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ekti\u011fi ac\u0131lar yaz\u0131ya d\u00f6k\u00fclemez hikayelerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fu Anadolu\u2019da Ruslardan ka\u00e7an milyonlar,\u015eanl\u0131urfa \u00e7\u00f6llerinde dere yataklar\u0131nda cesetleriyle dolduruyorlard\u0131. Bunun tam tersine Anadolu\u2019dan ka\u00e7an Ermenilerden kendini Van g\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6tesine atabilenler geriye d\u00f6n\u00fcp bakmaya bile cesaret edemiyorlard\u0131. Mezopotamya&#8217;da ba\u015fs\u0131z kalan \u00e7oban k\u00f6pek s\u00fcr\u00fcleri ana babas\u0131z \u00e7ocuk s\u00fcr\u00fclerine kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda kasabalar\u0131 ya\u011fmal\u0131yor ,bir par\u00e7a yiyecek i\u00e7in yok ediliyor ya da yok ediyorlard\u0131.*<\/p>\n<p>Mardin\u2019de, Urfa\u2019da, Antep\u2019de bir araya toplat\u0131l\u0131p yok edilen S\u00dcRYAN\u0130\u2019ler tapt\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015fi son kez g\u00f6r\u00fcyorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f bu topraklar\u0131n \u00fczerinde cehennemde bile g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyecek vah\u015fet ac\u0131lar\u0131 seyrediyorken, kurumu\u015f kanlar s\u0131cak toprakta \u00e7at\u0131rd\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>1920 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Anadolu\u2019sunda Ko\u00e7giri b\u00f6lgesinin durumu da farkl\u0131 de\u011fildi. Erkek n\u00fcfusun azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kalanlar\u0131n ka\u00e7ak ya da e\u015fk\u0131ya gezdi\u011fi bu ortamda verece\u011fimiz bir \u00f6rnek bu durumu a\u00e7\u0131klar.<\/p>\n<p>Kap\u0131kaya k\u00f6y\u00fc kay\u0131tlar\u0131nda seferberli\u011fe giden erkek say\u0131s\u0131 72, gelen erkek say\u0131s\u0131 4\u2019t\u00fcr. Bu d\u00f6rt ki\u015fiden H\u00fcseyin Pehlivan ve Diyap Avc\u0131\u2019n\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ise tam anlam\u0131yla bir mucizenin hikayesidir. Diyap Avc\u0131 yemen cephesinden \u00fc\u00e7-d\u00f6rt bin kilometreyi ka\u00e7ak olarak katedip k\u00f6y\u00fcne geri gelmi\u015ftir. H\u00fcseyin Pehlivan ise g\u00fcc\u00fcyle kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00f6l\u00fcm kal\u0131m g\u00fcre\u015fi sonucu \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilip Anadolu topraklar\u0131na b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.* Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile manzara ortadad\u0131r. Sadece Kap\u0131kaya k\u00f6y\u00fc kay\u0131tlar\u0131 ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda cephelerden geri gelme ihtimali %5.5\u2019dir. Emperyalizmin t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada giri\u015fti\u011fi it dala\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ayaklar\u0131 alt\u0131nda ezilen mazlum halklar\u0131n en talihsizidir Anadolu halk\u0131. Kocalar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 cepheye g\u00f6nderenler; gidenlerin hi\u00e7bir zaman nerede \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bile \u00f6\u011frenemeyeceklerdi. K\u00fcnyeler bile geri gelmiyordu. Karanl\u0131k da\u011flarda, d\u00fcz ovalarda, y\u0131k\u0131k k\u00f6ylerde, duvar diplerinde a\u011f\u0131tlar dola\u015f\u0131yordu. Anadolu\u2019da yeni hayatlar \u00f6l\u00fcler \u00fcst\u00fcne kuruluyordu.<\/p>\n<p>18. ve 19. yy. t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada ulus\u00e7uluk hareketinin yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve imparatorluklar i\u00e7indeki halklar\u0131n milliyet\u00e7ilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kavrad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llard\u0131r. Bu ulus\u00e7uluk kimi y\u00f6nleriyle antiemperyalist kimi y\u00f6nleriyle emperyalizme hizmet eder g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131maktayd\u0131. Osmanl\u0131 himayesindeki t\u00fcm halklar, 1800-1918 y\u0131llar\u0131 i\u00e7inde bu uyan\u0131\u015fla birlikte teker teker ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131na kavu\u015fmu\u015f ve Osmanl\u0131 Devletinin do\u011fal s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 olan Anadolu\u2019da K\u00fcrt ve T\u00fcrk halklar\u0131 tarihin bu son d\u00f6nemecinde ba\u015f ba\u015fa kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u0131llarda merkezi \u0130stanbul\u2019da kurulan K\u00fcrk Teali Cemiyeti Seyit Abd\u00fclkadir\u00a0 ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flar. D\u00fcnya milliyet\u00e7ilik hareketinden etkilenmemesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan bu hareketle ilgili tespitlerimiz yeterince a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. \u0130lerleyen say\u0131larda\u00a0 bu hareketle ilgili incelemelerimiz yay\u0131nlanacakt\u0131r. Ancak k\u0131ssadan hisse olarak \u00f6zetleyebilece\u011fimiz \u015fekliyle hi\u00e7bir zaman tam ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir vatan propagandas\u0131 izlemeyen bu \u00f6rg\u00fct, \u00e7o\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle d\u00f6nemin \u00f6zerklik politikas\u0131 ile ate\u015fli yanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 denetleme \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7inde olmu\u015ftur. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcst kademe y\u00f6neticileri ile taban\u0131 aras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fmu\u015f ve bu zay\u0131f irade ile giri\u015filen hareketler ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131klarla sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yeterince \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc yaratmayan hareket \u00e7o\u011fu yerde yerel feodal g\u00fc\u00e7lere bel balanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar aras\u0131nda Bedirhaniler, Seyit Taha, H\u0131n\u0131s feodalleri ve \u0130mranl\u0131 beylerini sayabiliriz. \u00d6rg\u00fct \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 gazeteler ve yerel yay\u0131nlarla propaganda faaliyetlerine giri\u015fmi\u015ftir. Ali\u015fir\u2019in \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 JEP\u0130N gazetesi Ko\u00e7giri y\u00f6resinde etkili olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Nuri Dersimi\u2019nin \u0130mranl\u0131\u2019ya gelmesi, Ali\u015fan ve Haydar Beylerin harekete yatk\u0131n olmas\u0131, Ali\u015fir\u2019in at\u0131lgan ki\u015fili\u011fiyle birle\u015fince Ko\u00e7giri b\u00f6lgesi, k\u00fcrt halk\u0131 i\u00e7inde ulusla\u015fma s\u00fcrecinde en etkili b\u00f6lge haline gelmi\u015ftir. Baz\u0131 yazarlar, \u00f6zellikle Ali\u015fan ve Haydar Beylerin s\u0131rf kendi mevkilerinin tehlikeye d\u00fc\u015fmesi korkusuyla isyana kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia ederler. \u0130\u015fte bu b\u00fcy\u00fck palavrad\u0131r. Bizzat M. Kemal\u2019in kendisi y\u00fcz y\u00fcze g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede Ali\u015fan Bey\u2019e milletvekilli\u011fi teklif etmi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u0131karlar s\u00f6z konusu olsayd\u0131, t\u00fcm ayanlar Kuva-i Milliye saflar\u0131nda yer almakta teredd\u00fct bile etmezdi.<\/p>\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile K\u00fcrt Teali Cemiyeti \u0130stanbul\u2019da merkez gibi g\u00f6z\u00fckmesine ra\u011fmen as\u0131l etkinlik \u0130mranl\u0131 ve Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019dayd\u0131. Esas\u0131nda KTC, hareketin zaruri bir olu\u015fumu ve \u0130stanbul ile olan diplomatik temaslar i\u00e7in gerekli bir organ olmas\u0131 sebebiyle var olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte tam bu noktada yazmam\u0131z gereken ger\u00e7ekler bizleri beklemektedir. \u00dczerinden seksen y\u0131ll\u0131k bir zaman ge\u00e7er bu olayla ilgili devlet yay\u0131nlar\u0131nda ve \u00e7okbilmi\u015f (!) yazarlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n incelemelerinde ge\u00e7en tespitler y\u0131\u011f\u0131nla kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda durmaktad\u0131r. \u0130stiklal harbine kar\u015f\u0131 giri\u015filmi\u015f isyan, basit bir a\u015firet ayaklanmas\u0131, d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lerce g\u00fcd\u00fcmlenmi\u015f ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 bir K\u00fcrt hareketi, b\u00f6lgesel feodallerin \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi ile yarat\u0131lan \u201cAnti-Kemalist bir ba\u015f kald\u0131rma!!\u201d T\u00fcm bu yorumlar tabi\u00ee ki yorumlayanlar\u0131n neyi ele alarak incelediklerine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Biz burada olayla ilgili \u00e7ok bilen yazarlar gibi sosyolojik bir tarihi inceleme yapmayaca\u011f\u0131z. O sonraki i\u015fimizdir.<\/p>\n<p>En basitinden s\u00f6yleyebilece\u011fimiz \u015fekliyle ko\u00e7girililer, t\u00fcm K\u00fcrtler gibi ve t\u00fcm di\u011fer az\u0131nl\u0131klar gibi; ba\u015fkalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6lmekten usand\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in bu hareket meydana gelmi\u015ftir. Ko\u00e7girili\u2019nin ya\u015fama \u015fans\u0131 %5.5 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in son d\u00f6neme\u00e7te hi\u00e7 olmazsa kendisi i\u00e7in \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ko\u00e7girili\u00a0 hayat\u0131nda ismini bile duymad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Gali\u00e7yada Kut-\u00fcl Amare\u2019de, S\u00fcvey\u015f\u2019te, Bingazi\u2019de hi\u00e7 tan\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halklara kar\u015f\u0131\u00a0 sava\u015f\u0131rken yitirdi\u011fi yi\u011fitlerini i\u00e7in ve bunun kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sadece a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kla \u00f6d\u00fcllendirildi\u011fi i\u00e7in ba\u015fkald\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Anadolu\u2019da kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015fman kim olursa olsun sava\u015fan her insan, asl\u0131nda y\u00fcz y\u0131llard\u0131r ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7l\u0131k ve yoksullu\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 vuru\u015fmu\u015ftur. Herkesin her \u015feye isyan etti\u011fi bir paranoyada ve korkun\u00e7 umutsuzlukta meydana gelmi\u015ftir Ko\u00e7giri hareketi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 yazarlar i\u00e7in olay\u0131n bu y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rmek \u00e7ok mu zor? Ancak tarihi galipler yazar ve galiplerin yazarlar\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sava\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yap\u0131lanlar ile T\u00fcrk-K\u00fcrt karde\u015fli\u011finin en sa\u011flam temelleriyle at\u0131labilece\u011fi o y\u0131llarda bu karde\u015fli\u011fin alt\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck may\u0131nlar konmu\u015ftur. Kendi \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyle birlikte virane bir bozk\u0131r kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r geride. Osmanl\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde en \u015fanss\u0131z halklard\u0131r, K\u00fcrt ve T\u00fcrk halklar\u0131.
