Istisnas\u0131z t\u00fcm insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fl\u0131s\u0131 genci, yoksulu zengini, Paris&#8217;lisi Izmir&#8217;lisi\u2026ne kadar farkl\u0131 ya\u015fam tarzlar\u0131na sahip olursak olal\u0131m ne kadar farkl\u0131 \u00e7evrelerde ya\u015farsak ya\u015fayal\u0131m temelde ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z ayn\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam i\u00e7inde hepimizin s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya girdi\u011fi olduk\u00e7a mutsuz oldu\u011fu adeta a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 imkans\u0131z baz\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu sorunlar d\u0131\u015f etkenlere ba\u011fl\u0131 olabilece\u011fi gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir oranda asl\u0131nda kendi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemimizin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlard\u0131r. Bu nedenle ger\u00e7ekte insano\u011flu sorunlar\u0131 a\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken en b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fccadeleyi yine kendisine kar\u015f\u0131 vermektedir. Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sorun nedenli b\u00fcy\u00fck yada a\u015f\u0131lmaz olursa olsun asl\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemimizin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da yine beynimizin \u00e7\u00f6zebilece\u011fi sorunlard\u0131r. Burada esas olan insan\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemini de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi yada sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zebilecek \u015fekilde soruna adapte etmesidir. Bu ise ger\u00e7ek anlamda zihinsel, bedensel e\u011fitim ve ciddi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gerektirmektedir. Insan\u0131n mutluluk sorunu felsefe, psikoloji, n\u00f6roloji, psikiyatri, sosyoloji, fizik\u2026gibi asl\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn bilimlerin ortak sorunudur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin olu\u015ftu\u011fu ve y\u00f6netildi\u011fi yer olan beynimiz bilindi\u011fi gibi ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131za dair olumlu yada olumsuz her \u015feyden adeta sorumludur. Bu durumda b\u00fct\u00fcn mesele beynimizin i\u015fleyi\u015f mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin nas\u0131l olu\u015ftu\u011funun ve nas\u0131l y\u00f6netildi\u011finin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ise sadece n\u00f6rologlar\u0131n yada t\u0131p biliminin alt\u0131ndan kalkabilece\u011fi bir sorun de\u011fildir. Zaten \u015fuan kadar da bu alanda fazlaca bir yol kat edilememi\u015ftir. Asl\u0131nda insan beyninin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve eylemler yine o ki\u015finin ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 olaylar ve deneyimler taraf\u0131ndan belirlenmektedir. Ki\u015filik dedi\u011fimiz kavram t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n bile\u015fkesidir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fan\u0131lan her olay deneyim yada bilgi, beyin h\u00fccrelerinin i\u00e7inde bir tak\u0131m protein zincirlerinin olu\u015fmas\u0131na yada bir \u00e7e\u015fit yollar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Bu yollardan daha sonra d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce olu\u015fumu ve y\u00f6netimi esans\u0131nda elektronik sinyaller rahatl\u0131kla ge\u00e7erek \u00e7e\u015fitli kararlar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 yada al\u0131namamas\u0131n\u0131 ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarlar. \u00d6rne\u011fin i\u011fne batt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ac\u0131 hissini ya\u015famam\u0131z\u0131n yada \u00e7ok sevdi\u011fimiz bir tatl\u0131y\u0131 yedi\u011fimiz zaman mutluluk hissini ya\u015famam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayan bu elektronik sinyal ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar asl\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olaylara beynimizin getirdi\u011fi yorumla ili\u015fkilidir ve bu yorum da beynimize yine ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fanan olaylar esnas\u0131nda \u00f6\u011fretilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6rne\u011fin ayn\u0131 restorana gitti\u011fimizde ayn\u0131 yeme\u011fi yeme e\u011filimimiz bu \u015fekilde kolayca olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Sigara i\u00e7en bir ki\u015finin bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc bu al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kurtulamamas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni de yine budur.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bu beyinsel aktiviteleri bilimsel a\u00e7\u0131dan inceledi\u011fimizde b\u00fct\u00fcn olup biten yakla\u015f\u0131k 1200 g olan beynimizde bulunan yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 milyar kadar h\u00fccre aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck elektriksel sinyallerin s\u00fcrekli olarak merkezler aras\u0131ndaki hareketidir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin olu\u015fumu da bunun eyleme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi de tamamen elektronik sinyaller arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile olmaktad\u0131r. Bu sinyaller boyutlar\u0131n \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck oldu\u011fu mikro evren de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. Mikro evrende (uzunluk&lt;&lt; 10-6m) ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bu olaylar yine bu evrenin kurallar\u0131yla ancak ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilir. Mikro evreni y\u00f6neten yasalar\u0131 konu alan kuantum fizi\u011fi bu alanda yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n olmazsa olmaz\u0131 konumundad\u0131r. Zira kuantum fizi\u011fi mikro evreni y\u00f6neten yasalar\u0131 asl\u0131nda 1900 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri ara\u015ft\u0131rmakta ve \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde de \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemi\u015ftir. Bu nedenle insan beyninde meydana gelen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler ve bunlar\u0131n y\u00f6netilmesi, eyleme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi konusu kuantum fizi\u011fi yasalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netimi alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin mikro evrende t\u00fcnel olay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir, yani bir elektron kendi enerjisinden daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir enerji baraj\u0131n\u0131 a\u015f\u0131p baraj\u0131n arka taraf\u0131na ula\u015fabilir. Bu kuantum mekaniksel ve mikro d\u00fcnyaya ait bir olayd\u0131r ve her an ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Buna benzer bir \u00e7ok olay yine kuantum d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda \u015fuanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kuantum fizi\u011finin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce d\u00fcnyam\u0131z ve bunun y\u00f6netilmesinde nas\u0131l kullan\u0131labilece\u011fine ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce mikro d\u00fcnyay\u0131 \u015fekillendiren yada y\u00f6neten kuantum evreni nin baz\u0131 \u00e7ok temel bulgular\u0131na k\u0131saca g\u00f6z atarsak \u015funlar\u0131 \u00f6zetleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>1-Mikro Evrenin Hareketlili\u011fi (Dinamizmi): Kuantum Fizi\u011finde ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla mikro evrende her \u015fey mutlak anlamda hareket halinedir. Dura\u011fan yada statik hi\u00e7bir tanecik yoktur. Zaten kuantum fizi\u011fi statik sistemlerle ilgilenmez. O halde mikro d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en temel \u00f6zelliklerinden birisi mikro evrenin dinamik olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>2-Mikro Evrende Kesiklilik (s\u00fcreksizlik) yada Kuantizasyon: Enerjinin asl\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 fikri ilk kez kuantum fizi\u011finin en \u00f6nemli kurucular\u0131ndan biri olarak an\u0131lan Max Planck taraf\u0131ndan 1900 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki fizik kongresinde ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. (Enerji = n h f \u2026.burada n bir tam say\u0131, h Planck sabiti olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan evrensel bir sabit ve f de frekanst\u0131r.) Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce o g\u00fcne kadar var olan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri temelden sarsm\u0131\u015f ve yeni bir d\u00fcnyan\u0131n yani kuantum d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. Einstein&#8217;\u0131n \u201cEnerji ile k\u00fctle e\u015fde\u011ferdir.\u201d ( E=mc2 ) ifadesi ile bu fikir birle\u015ftirildi\u011finde enerjinin kuantize olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi hemen anla\u015f\u0131labilir. Art\u0131k hakk\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir ku\u015fku bulunmayan bu kesin ger\u00e7ek bizi daha sonra momentum, konum, h\u0131z ve a\u00e7\u0131sal momentum gibi bir \u00e7ok kavram\u0131n mikro d\u00fcnyada kuantize oldu\u011funu ke\u015ffetmemizi sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>3- Mikro Evrende Dalga Fonksiyonu (\u03a8): Mikro evrenin kuantize olu\u015fu daha sonra Erwin Schr\u00f6dinger&#8217;i mikro d\u00fcnyadaki b\u00fct\u00fcn taneciklerin uymas\u0131 gereken bir denkleme g\u00f6t\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu denklem \u00fcnl\u00fc Schr\u00f6dinger Dalga Denklemi&#8217;dir. Bu denklemin en \u00f6nemli yeniliklerinden biri taneciklerin davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bir matematiksel fonksiyon (\u03a8) taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu fonksiyonun belirlenmesi ile s\u00f6z konusu taneci\u011fin b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6zellikleri belirlenmi\u015f oluyor. Bu \u015fekilde (\u03a8) nin devreye girmesi ile bunun karesine e\u015fit olan olas\u0131l\u0131k yo\u011funlu\u011fu devreye giriyor. Yani par\u00e7ac\u0131klar uzay\u0131n belli noktas\u0131nda belli bir anda belirli bir olas\u0131l\u0131kla var olabilmektedir. B\u00f6ylece klasik fizikteki determinizm ortadan kalk\u0131yor ve olas\u0131l\u0131klar devreye giriyor. Art\u0131k hi\u00e7bir \u015fey eskisi kadar kesin de\u011fil yada hi\u00e7 kesin de\u011fildir. Ancak baz\u0131 olas\u0131l\u0131klarla tanecikler belli yerlerdedir. \u00dcnl\u00fc fizik\u00e7i Einstein dahi bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi kabul etmekte zorlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve \u201cTanr\u0131 asla zar atmaz\u201d demi\u015ftir. Ancak ger\u00e7ek odur ki mikro d\u00fcnyada kesinlik yok ve olas\u0131l\u0131klar vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>4- Mikro Evrende Heisenberg Belirsizlik ilkesi: Olas\u0131l\u0131klar fikri daha sonra Heisenberg&#8217;i olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n oldu\u011fu yerde belirsizlikler de vard\u0131r fikrine g\u00f6t\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f ve kendi ad\u0131yla an\u0131lan yine \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir yasa olan belirsizlik ilkesini ortaya koymas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Art\u0131k yap\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler kesin de\u011fildir. Her \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmde bir belirsizlik vard\u0131r. E\u011fer siz \u00f6rne\u011fin elektronun konumunu ve ona ba\u011fl\u0131 olan h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7mek isterseniz, konumu ne kadar do\u011fru \u00f6l\u00e7erseniz o \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7emezsiniz yada h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7medeki belirsizlik artar. Bu belirsizlik sadece mikro evrende etkili olabiliyor. Makro evrende belirsizlik \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in hi\u00e7bir etkisi yok biz bunu do\u011fal olarak alg\u0131lam\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>5- Mikro Evrenin Dual (ikili) Yap\u0131s\u0131: Fizik\u00e7ileri \u015fa\u015f\u0131rtan bir ba\u015fka \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli konuda mikro evrende yada atomik boyutlarda maddenin ve \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n dual (ikili) karakteridir. Di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle madde yani tanecik bazen dalga karakterine bazen de tanecik karakterine b\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcr. Ayn\u0131 dual karakter \u0131\u015f\u0131k i\u00e7in de net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6zlenmi\u015ftir. I\u015f\u0131k bazen tanecik yani foton gibi bazen de dalga gibi davran\u0131r. Ancak ya biri yada \u00f6teki duruma hakimdir. Ikisi de ayn\u0131 anda varolamazlar.<\/p>\n<p>6- Mikro Evrende T\u00fcnel olay\u0131: Kuantum fizi\u011finin di\u011fer bir \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli g\u00f6zlemi t\u00fcnel olay\u0131 olarak isimlendirilen olayd\u0131r. Bu olay bize mikro d\u00fcnyada \u00f6rne\u011fin bir elektronun olmamas\u0131 gereken yerde bulunabilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Klasik a\u00e7\u0131dan bir elektron kendi enerjisinden b\u00fcy\u00fck bir duvar\u0131 a\u015farak duvar\u0131n arka taraf\u0131na ge\u00e7emez. Oysa kuantum mekaniksel denklemler ve g\u00f6zlemlerimiz g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir ki, bu mikro d\u00fcnyada her an ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ola\u011fan bir olayd\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin elektronik aletlerimizde kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z transistorler de bu olay \u00e7ok ola\u011fand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>7-Kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 Etkile\u015fim (Correspondence) Ilkesi: Kuantum fizi\u011fi ile klasik fizik aras\u0131ndaki ilkeler ve yasalar bu denli \u00e7eli\u015fkili oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re acaba nerede ve nas\u0131l bu ikisi kesi\u015febilir diye bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise \u015fu sonu\u00e7 net olarak bulunmu\u015ftur. Kuantum fizi\u011fi yasalar\u0131ndan klasik fizik yasalar\u0131 elde edilebilmektedir (t\u00fcmevar\u0131m ilkesi). Yani mikro d\u00fcnyan\u0131n verilerinin birle\u015ftirilmesi ile makro d\u00fcnya hakk\u0131nda bilgiler elde edilebilmektedir. Bu tersinir olmayan bir ili\u015fkidir. Yani makro d\u00fcnya (klasik fizik) yasalar\u0131ndan mikro d\u00fcnya (kuantum fizi\u011fi) yasalar\u0131 elde edilemez.<\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da \u00e7ok k\u0131saca ifade edilen ve bunlar gibi bir \u00e7ok bilimsel yasa insan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin de \u00fcretildi\u011fi ve y\u00f6netildi\u011fi yer olan insan beyninde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla insan beyninin i\u015fletim sisteminin bu yasalara uymak zorunlulu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Normal insan sa\u011fduyusu ve mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u00e7eli\u015fen bu bulgular mikro evreni \u015fekillendirdi\u011finden insan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini de mutlak anlamda \u015fekillendirmektedir. O halde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u015fey bu yasalar\u0131n yard\u0131m\u0131yla insan beyninin i\u015fleyi\u015f mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131 kuantum fizi\u011fi yasalar\u0131 ile yeniden \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemektir. Ancak bu konu o kadar da kolay olamamaktad\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a farkl\u0131 ve karma\u015f\u0131k bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131na girmi\u015f oluyoruz. Zira insan ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6neten beyinsel aktiviteler yada k\u0131saca d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesi yada y\u00f6netilmesi konusu bir \u00e7ok disiplinin birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren bir konudur. Ancak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemenin beklide en \u00f6nemli a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131, mikro evrendeki kuantum fiziksel yasalar\u0131n insan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesine uyarlanmas\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Mikro d\u00fcnyay\u0131 y\u00f6neten kuantum fiziksel yasalar ile yine mikro d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan insan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi birle\u015ftirildi\u011finde \u00e7ok temel anlamda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan baz\u0131 noktalar \u015funlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1- D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin Kuantizasyonu: Insan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi fiziksel a\u00e7\u0131dan incelendi\u011finde enerji anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, mikro tanecikler olan beyin h\u00fccreleri taraf\u0131ndan meydana getirildi\u011fine g\u00f6re mikro evren in yasalar\u0131yla y\u00f6netilmelidir ve kuantize olmak zorundad\u0131r. Ger\u00e7ekte ya\u015fam, beyinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kuantlar\u0131 n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n insan bedenini y\u00f6netmesi anlam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Herhangi bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin y\u00f6netilmesi yada y\u00f6nlendirilmesi o d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi olu\u015fturan \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck elemanter par\u00e7ac\u0131klar olan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kuantlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netilmesi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Bu olay ise b\u00fct\u00fcn bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin kontrol edilmesine oranla \u00e7ok daha kolay olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kuantlar\u0131 enerji miktar\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin tamam\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckt\u00fcr. Bu anlamda yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u015fey kuantum fizi\u011fi yasalar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kuantlar\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve geli\u015fiminin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenerek kontrol edilmesidir.
