(Makarenko, 1993, s.3)<\/p>\n<p>17 ya\u015f\u0131ndayken, gitti\u011fi belediye okulunun ard\u0131ndan 1 y\u0131ll\u0131\u011f\u0131na e\u011fitim dersi alarak,b\u00f6lgedeki demiryolu i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n gitti\u011fi bir ilkokula \u00f6\u011fretmen olur. Bu sayede e\u011fitbilim alan\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na pratik bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u00fczerinden ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olur (Makarenko, E\u011fitbilim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kuramsal alanda da kendini geli\u015ftirme f\u0131rsat\u0131n\u0131 ancak dokuz y\u0131l sonra, 1914\u2019te Poltava\u2019 daki e\u011fitbilim (pedagoji) okulu olan E\u011fitim Kurumuna girerek yakalar. Buradaki 3 y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00f6\u011freniminin ard\u0131ndan e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda var olan Rus ya da evrensel yaz\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelir. Kuramsal a\u00e7\u0131dan y\u00f6neldi\u011fi e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda yeni bir e\u011fitim dizgesi yaratmak \u00fczerine u\u011fra\u015f\u0131r. Pratik s\u00fcre\u00e7te geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi e\u011fiticilik u\u011fra\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra kitap yazarak da \u00fcretimini geli\u015ftirir (Makarenko,1993,s.7).<\/p>\n<p>Ekim Devrimi\u2019ni \u00f6nceleyen, daha do\u011frusu birinci Rus devrimine denk gelen s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u015fekillendirdi\u011fi e\u011fitbilim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri, Ekim Devriminin ard\u0131ndan hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi Gorki Toplulu\u011fu deneyiminde Makarenko\u2019 nun savunular\u0131n\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Yeri geldi\u011finde bu temelden g\u00fc\u00e7 alm\u0131\u015f, yeri geldi\u011finde de bu temelle \u015fiddetli bir sava\u015f\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. K\u0131sacas\u0131 Gorki toplulu\u011fu deneyimi, Makarenko\u2019 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel alanda baz\u0131 temel de\u011fi\u015fikliklere de neden olarak teori ve pratik ili\u015fkisinde b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir geli\u015fime \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Ekim Devrimi\u2019nin ard\u0131ndan iktisadi, toplumsal v.b. pek \u00e7ok alanda yeniden yap\u0131lanma ad\u0131na yo\u011fun \u00e7abalar\u0131n ortaya konuldu\u011fu \u00fclkede, 1921 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015f g\u00f6steren a\u00e7l\u0131k b\u00fcy\u00fck huzursuzluk yaratm\u0131\u015f, bu huzursuz ortamdan yararlanan \u00e7eteler ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f b\u0131rak\u0131lan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 kullanarak su\u00e7 oranlar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015fa neden olurken, \u00fclkede de b\u00fcy\u00fck kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar yaratm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k durum kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda Sovyet h\u00fck\u00fcmeti ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f kalan ve ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 su\u00e7 i\u015fleyerek s\u00fcrd\u00fcren bu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n kurtulu\u015fu i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015fmaya ba\u015flar. Bu \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in kurulan e\u011fitim topluluklar\u0131, Makarenko\u2019 nun ya\u015fam\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6neme\u00e7 olmu\u015ftur ve bizim \u00fczerinde yo\u011funluklu duraca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z nokta da bu d\u00f6neme\u00e7 ve sonras\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1920 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcnde Poltava E\u011fitim Dairesi Makarenko\u2019 yu su\u00e7 i\u015flemi\u015f \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in bir topluluk kurmakla g\u00f6revlendirir. \u0130lk ba\u015fta ad\u0131 \u00c7ocuk Su\u00e7lular Kolonisi olan bu topluluk, daha sonra kendi ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 karar do\u011frultusunda ismini Gorki Toplulu\u011fu olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirtir. 1928 y\u0131l\u0131na dek toplulu\u011fu y\u00f6neten Makarenko, topluluktaki son y\u0131l\u0131nda Harkov\u2019daki Zerjinski Kom\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn y\u00f6netimini \u00fcslenir. 1928\u2019de Gorki Toplulu\u011fu\u2019ndan ayr\u0131lan Makarenko, sonraki 7y\u0131l s\u00fcresince de Zerjinski Kom\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc y\u00f6netir (Makarenko, 1993).<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitim uygulamalar\u0131 alan\u0131nda yo\u011fun u\u011fra\u015flar veren Makarenko, bu alanda olu\u015fturdu\u011fu birikimi payla\u015fmak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da yaz\u0131nsal \u00fcretimde de bulunmu\u015ftur. 1934\u2019te, Sovyet Yazarlar Birli\u011fi\u2019ne kabul edilmi\u015ftir. 1937\u2019de Moskova\u2019ya yerle\u015ferek \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne kadar (1939\u2019da \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr) kendini tamamen yazarl\u0131\u011fa adam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (Makarenko,1993,s.11).<\/p>\n<p>\u015eiir, senaryo, roman, kuramsal yaz\u0131n gibi pek \u00e7ok alanda yap\u0131t ortaya koyan Makarenko\u2019 nun yaz\u0131l\u0131 eserlerinden birka\u00e7 \u00f6rnek vermek gerekirse:<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fam Yolu (pedagojik \u015fiir-destan)<br \/>1930 Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc (k\u0131sa roman)<br \/>Kulelerdeki Bayraklar<br \/>Ana Babalar\u0131n Kitab\u0131<br \/>Pedagoji Teorisinin Sovyet Okullar\u0131nda E\u011fitim ve \u00c7ocuk Yeti\u015ftirmenin Genel Sorunlar\u0131<br \/>\u0130\u015f Gezisi (film senaryosu)<br \/>Ger\u00e7ek Bir Karakter (film senaryosu)<\/p>\n<p>MAKARENKO\u2019NUN E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M D\u00dc\u015e\u00dcNCELER\u0130 \u00dcZER\u0130NE<\/p>\n<p>Makarenko\u2019 nun pedagojik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n temelinde yatan ana d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sahip oldu\u011fu insan inanc\u0131d\u0131r. Sahip oldu\u011fu bu inan\u00e7, olumlu y\u00f6nde geli\u015fme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en umutsuz diye nitelendirilebilecek insanlar\u0131n dahi iyi y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc bulup ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. E\u011fitim pratiklerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi d\u00f6nemi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, yani sava\u015flar ve a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131nda do\u011fan, b\u00fcy\u00fcyebilmek i\u00e7in yo\u011fun \u00e7abalar harcayan bir \u00fclkenin insanlar\u0131 da Makarenko\u2019 nun insana olan inanc\u0131n\u0131, belki de Freire\u2019 nin deyimiyle \u201cinsanc\u0131l\u201d olan insana ula\u015fabilme inanc\u0131n\u0131 kuvvetlendirmi\u015ftir. Ya\u015fam deneyimi ona insan\u0131n daha iyi bir ya\u015fam i\u00e7in nas\u0131l sava\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu sava\u015f\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda nas\u0131l de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. De\u011fi\u015fen insan bencilli\u011fi yenmi\u015ftir, ki\u015fisel \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n toplumsal \u00e7\u0131karlarla \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Makarenko insan\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fimine \u201c bireyin toplumsalla\u015fmas\u0131\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 vermektedir (Makarenko,1993,s.10).<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan\u0131n \u201cinsanc\u0131lla\u015fma\u201d s\u00fcrecinde e\u011fitim, hatta kurumsal bir i\u00e7erik ta\u015f\u0131yan e\u011fitim \u00f6nemli bir yer tutar. Makarenko geleneksel bir i\u00e7erik ta\u015f\u0131yan e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 reddeder. Bu anlay\u0131\u015fta e\u011fitim, e\u011fiten yani e\u011fitmenle, e\u011fitilen yani edilgen bir kimlik ta\u015f\u0131yan \u00f6\u011frenci aras\u0131ndaki ikili bir ili\u015fkidir. Onun e\u011fitim prati\u011finde e\u011fitimciler ve \u00f6\u011frenciler yer al\u0131r, yaln\u0131z daha farkl\u0131 bir kimlik ta\u015f\u0131rlar. Makarenko ki\u015fili\u011fin olu\u015fumunda en b\u00fcy\u00fck etkenin, e\u011fitimcilerden, \u00f6\u011frencilerden ve yetkili bir ki\u015fiden olu\u015fan topluluklar oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmekteydi.<\/p>\n<p>Makarenko\u2019 nun toplulu\u011funda e\u011fitilen \u00e7ocuklar edilgen birer nesne olarak de\u011fil, toplulu\u011fun kaderi ve gelece\u011fi \u00fczerinde s\u00f6z sahibi olan ve birbirleriyle e\u015fit haklara sahip, etkin birer \u00fcye olarak ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekteydiler (Makarenko,1993,s.8). Bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 ile klasik e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir farkl\u0131la\u015fma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olmaktayd\u0131. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen e\u011fitim prati\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde bedensel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile kafa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7 i\u00e7e s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmekteydi. Bu sayede e\u011fitsel ya\u015famla toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131 birle\u015ftiren bu yakla\u015f\u0131m ile \u00f6\u011fretim s\u00fcreci \u00f6\u011frencilerin ya\u015fam pratikleri \u00fczerinden \u015fekillenmekte, \u00f6\u011frencinin bu s\u00fcreci kendince anlamland\u0131rmas\u0131 kolayla\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 zamanda, y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00fcretici \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma (tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi toplulukta h\u0131zl\u0131 bir geli\u015fim g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir), \u201cg\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcn\u00fcn zay\u0131f\u0131 ezmesi gerekir\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde b\u00fcy\u00fcyen topluluk \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fimini, \u00fcretim s\u00fcreci i\u00e7erisinde yer alman\u0131n toplumsal \u00f6nemini, bu sayede eme\u011fe sayg\u0131y\u0131,toplumsal e\u015fitli\u011fi; yani yeni kurulan toplumun \u00f6nemli de\u011ferlerinin kolayca kazan\u0131lmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan da toplulukta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen deneyim d\u00f6nemsel bir anlam da ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Makarenko\u2019 nun daha \u00e7ok uygulama s\u00fcreci i\u00e7erisinde \u015fekillendirdi\u011fi ve toplumun beklide en sorunlu kesimiyle etkile\u015fim i\u00e7erisinde geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi e\u011fitsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini \u00f6zetlemek 1. \u0130nsan davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal nedenlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek, insan\u0131n i\u00e7indeki iyi yan\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 yarat\u0131lmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde kurumsal bir yap\u0131 olarak toplulu\u011fa ve \u00f6nderlik eden, \u00f6\u011frencilere kendilerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeleri ve i\u00e7lerindeki iyi y\u00f6n\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden \u00f6\u011fretmenlere ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>3. \u00d6\u011frenciler edilgenlikten \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak ya\u015fam deneyimleriyle beslenen, karar s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine aktif kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131, kafa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile bedensel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n birlikte \u00f6rg\u00fctlendi\u011fi bir topluluk ya\u015fam\u0131 kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>YA\u015eAM YOLU\u2019NU OKURKEN<\/p>\n<p>Makarenko\u2019 nun Gorki Toplulu\u011funda ya\u015fanan somut deneyimlerle \u00f6rneklendirdi\u011fi pedagojik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 okurken birka\u00e7 \u00f6nemli noktan\u0131n ak\u0131lda tutulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. \u0130lk olarak toplulu\u011fu olu\u015fturan sorunlu kesim, yani g\u00fcce ula\u015fma kayg\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde ve ya\u015fayabilmek i\u00e7in su\u00e7a y\u00f6nelen \u00e7ocuklar pratik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin daha \u00f6nemli bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla de\u011ferlendirilmesini zorunlu k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ortaya konan pedagojik yakla\u015f\u0131mlarda sahip olunan kuramsal \u00e7er\u00e7eveden belirli oranda uzakla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na, ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc ekseninde \u00f6nceliklerin verilmesine neden olmu\u015ftur bu sorunlu kesim.\u0130kinci olarak, deneyimin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi tarihsel ve ya\u015fanan toplumsal ger\u00e7eklikler de bir kez daha hat\u0131rlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Y\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar i\u00e7erisinden yeniden in\u015fa s\u00fcrecine giren bu \u00fclke i\u00e7in temel ald\u0131klar\u0131 teorik altyap\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Yaln\u0131z ya\u015fanan pratiksel s\u00fcre\u00e7ler belirli alanlarda ge\u00e7ici ara form\u00fcllerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. (1921 y\u0131l\u0131nda devlet kapitalizmi olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131labilen,ama hemen ard\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen tar\u0131mda kollektivizasyon politikalar\u0131yla birlikte de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde end\u00fcstrile\u015fme hamlesi olarak ge\u00e7ici bir ara form\u00fcl diye de\u011ferlendirebilece\u011fimiz NEP-Yeni Ekonomi Politikas\u0131 gibi) Bu ara form\u00fcllerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi, kuramsal kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131klar\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir alan\u0131 da Makarenko hayata ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Toplulukta ya\u015fanan baz\u0131 olaylar Makarenko\u2019 nun o ana kadar sahip oldu\u011fu baz\u0131 pedagojik yakla\u015f\u0131mlarla \u00e7eli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Makarenko sadece kendisiyle \u00e7eli\u015fmekle kalmam\u0131\u015f, yeni Sovyet h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin e\u011fitim bilimcilerinin savundu\u011fu baz\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015flarla da kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelmi\u015ftir (ilerde daha ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 de\u011finilecek olan disiplin ve kurulan askeri d\u00fczen benzeri yap\u0131 \u00f6rneklerinde oldu\u011fu gibi). Bu \u00e7eli\u015fmenin temelinde ise kar\u015f\u0131t g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fil, devrim s\u00fcrecine kadar teorize edilmi\u015f olan yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n ya\u015fanan pratik s\u00fcre\u00e7te ge\u00e7irmesi gereken esnekle\u015fme bulunmaktayd\u0131. Buradaki temel nokta ilkesel bir kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler aras\u0131nda yer almamas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>SU\u00c7LU \u00c7OCUK KAVRAMI \u00dcZER\u0130NE<\/p>\n<p>Okullarda artan su\u00e7 oran\u0131 ve \u015fiddete y\u00f6nelen gen\u00e7ler\u2026 Yak\u0131n zamanda bizlerin de g\u00fcndemine yak\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7imde giren bir ger\u00e7ekliktir. G\u00fcncel olarak bu alanda yap\u0131lan tart\u0131\u015fmalara bir g\u00f6z att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda Makarenko\u2019 nun yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndan farkl\u0131la\u015fan noktalar\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcze \u00e7arpmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\u0130lk olarak g\u00fcncel savunular\u0131 incelersek:<\/p>\n<p>Risk alt\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklar kavram\u0131 alt\u0131nda sadece su\u00e7 i\u015fleyen \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 i\u00e7ermeyen, ayn\u0131 zamanda su\u00e7a y\u00f6nelme ihtimali ta\u015f\u0131yan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 da kapsayan bir hedef kitle kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Risk alt\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n su\u00e7a y\u00f6neliminin \u00f6nlenmesinde, bu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n okul sistemi i\u00e7erisinde tutulmas\u0131 sunulan kuvvetli bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmd\u00fcr. E\u011fitimle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmde alternatif programlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Su\u00e7un olu\u015fumunun toplumsal nedenlerine m\u00fcdahale edilmeksizin , su\u00e7lu kimli\u011finin kabul edilerek, toplumdan yal\u0131t\u0131k bir i\u00e7erikte ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek e\u011fitimin ard\u0131ndan bu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n tekrardan su\u00e7un olu\u015fumuna neden olan toplumsal ko\u015fullar\u0131n i\u00e7erisine b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 su\u00e7u ne oranda \u00f6nler ya da azalt\u0131r oras\u0131 bilinmez ama Makarenko\u2019 nun su\u00e7 i\u015fleyen \u00e7ocuklara kar\u015f\u0131 1920\u2019 lerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi yakla\u015f\u0131mdan b\u00fcy\u00fck farkl\u0131l\u0131klar ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 rahatl\u0131kla okullar\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 ya da var olan okullar i\u00e7erisinde alternatif ya da \u201csu\u00e7a meyilli\u201d kimli\u011fi ile adland\u0131r\u0131larak akranlar\u0131ndan K\u0131saca belirtmek gerekirse Makarenko su\u00e7un kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tamamen toplumsal nedenlere ba\u011flayarak \u201csu\u00e7lu \u00e7ocuklar\u201d tan\u0131mlamas\u0131n\u0131 reddeder. Resmi olarak toplulu\u011fa ilk olarak \u00c7ocuk Su\u00e7lular Kolonisi ad\u0131 verilmi\u015f olsa da Makarenko ve topluluk bu ismi hi\u00e7 kullanmam\u0131\u015f, \u00e7ocuklara su\u00e7lu diye hitap edilmedi\u011fi gibi o kelime topluluk i\u00e7erisinde hi\u00e7bir zaman kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi e\u011fitsel pratikle \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131na da m\u00fcdahale eden Makarenko, yarat\u0131lan toplumsal de\u011ferlerle \u201csu\u00e7\u201d sorununa kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele etmi\u015ftir. Onun i\u00e7in su\u00e7, bireysel yani \u00e7ocukla u\u011fra\u015f\u0131larak halledilecek bir alan de\u011fil, toplumsal bir m\u00fccadele alan\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>TOPLULUK YA\u015eAMINA DO\u011eRU<\/p>\n<p>Kurulu\u015f a\u015famas\u0131ndaki \u00fclkenin temel hedefi yeni insan\u0131n yarat\u0131lmas\u0131yd\u0131. Yeni insan, ezme ezilme ili\u015fkisi i\u00e7erisinde kimli\u011fini kazanan, insand\u0131\u015f\u0131la\u015fan toplumun, insanca de\u011ferlere ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f hali\u2026bu hedefe ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in de yeni y\u00f6ntemlerin uygulanmas\u0131 gerekmekteydi. Topluluk fikrine bu a\u00e7\u0131dan yakla\u015fan Makarenko ailesiz, sokakta ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f ya\u015fayan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 kurtarmak amac\u0131yla 1920 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir topluluk kurmak amac\u0131yla g\u00f6revlendirilir.<\/p>\n<p>Devrim \u00f6ncesi su\u00e7lu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n kald\u0131\u011f\u0131, devrim s\u00fcrecinde binan\u0131n bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131 ile birlikte \u00e7erce k\u00f6ylerdeki halk\u0131n ya\u011fmalad\u0131\u011f\u0131, virane bir bina ile yola koyuldu topluluk. Makarenko \u015fu c\u00fcmleler ile tasvir etmektedir topluluk binas\u0131n\u0131 (Makarenko,1993,s.44):<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPaltova\u2019 dan alt\u0131 kilometre uzakl\u0131kta, boz tepeciklerin aras\u0131nda, Harkov\u2019a giden anayolun sonsuz bir \u0131\u015f\u0131k demeti bibi par\u0131ldayan ta\u015flarla \u00e7evrili iki y\u00fcz hektarl\u0131k bir \u00e7am orman\u0131 vard\u0131r. Ve orman\u0131n i\u00e7inde, k\u0131rk hektarl\u0131k bir a\u011fa\u00e7s\u0131z k\u00f6\u015fede, kusursuz bir kare olu\u015fturan, tam anlam\u0131yla simetrik be\u015f tu\u011fla bina\u2026i\u015fte su\u00e7lu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n yeni Topluluk\u2019 u buras\u0131 olacakt\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Zor ko\u015fullarda yola \u00e7\u0131kan bir toplulu\u011fun ilk tasvirinin bu kadar umut dolu yap\u0131lmas\u0131, Makarenko\u2019 nun gelece\u011fe ve insana dair umudundan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. \u0130lk elden gerekli tadilatlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ilk \u00f6\u011frenci grubuyla topluluk i\u015flemeye ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>Makarenko birlikte oldu\u011fu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde tan\u0131mlar; k\u00fclt\u00fcr d\u00fczeyleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck, ya \u00e7ok az okuma yazma bilen, ya da hi\u00e7 bilmeyen, \u00f6nceki s\u00fcre\u00e7te i\u00e7inde bulunduklar\u0131 yar\u0131 barbar ya\u015fant\u0131lar i\u00e7erisinde ki\u015filikleri yok olmu\u015f, soyutlanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n getirdi\u011fi yaln\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n etkisiyle karamsarla\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla insana kar\u015f\u0131 insanca davranmay\u0131 unutmu\u015f bir ku\u015fak (Makarenko, 1993,s.104). \u0130lk d\u00f6nemin en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlar\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n sahip olduklar\u0131 bu \u00f6zellikler dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7\u0131kan kavgalar olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Peki ne yap\u0131lacakt\u0131 bu \u00e7ocuklarla, nas\u0131l bir y\u00f6ntem uygulanacakt\u0131? Yeni bir anlam katm\u0131\u015flard\u0131 \u201cD\u00fczelme\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, \u00e7ocu\u011fu \u201cd\u00fczeltmek\u201d de\u011fil, yeniden e\u011fitmek s\u00f6z konusuydu, ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle hedeflenen durum \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 sadece toplumun zarars\u0131z bir \u00fcyesi haline getirmek de\u011fil, onu yeni \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n etkin bir i\u015f\u00e7isi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 haline getirmekti. Su\u00e7lu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n e\u011fitiminde atlanmamas\u0131 gereken nokta \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015flerinin ve i\u015fledikleri su\u00e7lar\u0131n yok say\u0131lmas\u0131 olmal\u0131yd\u0131. Yeni \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen toplumsal ya\u015fam i\u00e7erisinde toplumsalla\u015fan \u00e7ocuklar yarat\u0131lmal\u0131yd\u0131 (Makarenko, 1993,s.293).<br \/>Bu \u201cD\u00fczelme\u201d s\u00fcreci belirli bir zaman almaktayd\u0131 ve s\u00fcrecin ba\u015flar\u0131nda ciddi sorunlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan iki \u00f6nemli sorundan ilki topluluk i\u00e7inde ve \u00e7evresinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen soygunlard\u0131, di\u011feri ise kendi aralar\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan kavgalard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk etapta kendi otoritesini tan\u0131mayan bu gen\u00e7lere \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 davranan Makarenko, olaylar ba\u015f edilemez boyutlara ula\u015f\u0131nca ne yaz\u0131k ki bir \u00f6\u011frenciye yumruk atma \u015feklinde fiziksel \u015fiddet uygulamak zorunda kal\u0131r. Bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kendi pedagojik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olumsuz bulsa da o \u00e7ocu\u011fu topluluktan atmaktansa uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u015fiddetle di\u011fer \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n da ders \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131n\u0131 ve topluluk i\u00e7i kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 de\u011fer verme ili\u015fkisinin yarat\u0131lmas\u0131yla bu \u00f6rne\u011fin tekrarlanmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 umuyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ya\u015fananlar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan disipline dair \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 yapar ve o d\u00f6nem genel kabul g\u00f6ren yakla\u015f\u0131mlara kar\u015f\u0131 gelerek bu alanda kendi kuramsal esnekle\u015fmesini yarat\u0131r (Makarenko, 1993,s.186-187):<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026Disiplin konusundaki konu\u015fmamda, o g\u00fcnlerde genel olarak benimsenmi\u015f bir kuram\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011funa ku\u015fkuyla bakmak gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftim. Buysa \u00e7ocu\u011fun kendili\u011finden g\u00f6sterece\u011fi bir geli\u015fmeydi.daha da ileri giderek beraberlik ruhu ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 yard\u0131mla\u015fman\u0131n organlar\u0131 yarat\u0131lmad\u0131k\u00e7a, gelenekler do\u011furulmad\u0131k\u00e7a, temel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131yla k\u00fclt\u00fcrel al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar olu\u015fturulmad\u0131k\u00e7a \u00f6\u011fretmenin zor kullanmaya hakk\u0131 \u2013 ne hakk\u0131, zorunlu \u2013 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemekten sak\u0131nmad\u0131m\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Makarenko\u2019 nun disiplin alan\u0131ndaki sert kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 toplumsal ger\u00e7ekliklerin ideal olan yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 uygulamay\u0131 engelledi\u011fi ger\u00e7ekli\u011finden do\u011far. \u0130lkesel bir kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131k ya da reddetme ortaya koymaz, ge\u00e7ici bir ara s\u00fcre\u00e7 tarif etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Toplulukta ya\u015fam d\u00fczeninin \u00f6rg\u00fctleni\u015fine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda sabah, \u00f6\u011fle ve ak\u015fam d\u00f6nemlerinin birbirlerinden farkl\u0131 i\u015flevler ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Sabahlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ilk ba\u015fta toplulu\u011fun temel gereksinimlerinin kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 (tadilat, bah\u00e7e d\u00fczenlemesi, tarla i\u015fleri gibi) i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken daha sonralar\u0131 \u00e7evredeki k\u00f6yl\u00fc ve \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin i\u015flerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 \u015feklinde geni\u015fletilmi\u015ftir. Bu i\u015flerin karar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131, planlanmas\u0131 ve ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinde aktif kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 sa\u011flanan \u00f6\u011frenciler, yap\u0131lan i\u015flerin sonunda elde edilecek gelirin belirlenmesinde de karar s\u00fcrecine kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Yoksul k\u00f6yl\u00fclerden her zamanki \u00fccretin yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131rlard\u0131, bu karar\u0131 da toplumsal adalet ve adaletsizlik konusunda sonu gelmez tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<br \/>\u00d6\u011flen s\u00fcrecinde devam ettikleri derslerle i\u00e7 i\u00e7e \u00f6r\u00fclen \u00fcretici s\u00fcre\u00e7ler sayesinde anlam kazanan temel bilim dersleri, topluluk ya\u015fam\u0131ndan \u00f6nce gelece\u011fe dair hi\u00e7bir umudu olmayan baz\u0131 gen\u00e7lerin \u00f6yle ilgisini \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir ki topluluktaki ya\u015famlar\u0131yla da ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fabilecekleri konusunda motive olan bu gen\u00e7ler Kiev \u0130\u015f\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesine girebilmi\u015flerdir.\u00dclkenin sert iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131 nedeniyle de geceleri yatakhanelerine kapanan topluluk \u00fcyeleri, ak\u015fam s\u00fcrecini de yo\u011fun tart\u0131\u015fmalar ve kitap okumalar\u0131yla ge\u00e7irmekteydiler. Siyasal, toplumsal ve yaz\u0131nsal alanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri sohbetlerle \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n geli\u015fimine b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 koyan bu etkinlikler, bir noktadan sonra topluluk i\u00e7in gerekli t\u00fcm ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n tart\u0131\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131, kararlar\u0131n ortak -\u00f6\u011fretmen, \u00f6\u011frenci ve di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla- al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 bir etkinli\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecektir. Ayr\u0131ca okuma saatleri sayesinde tan\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 Gorki\u2019 nin kendi ya\u015famlar\u0131 gibi zor ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenen \u00e7ocuklar, Gorki\u2019 yi kendilerine \u00f6rnek alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu hayranl\u0131klar\u0131 topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n ismini Gorki Toplulu\u011fu olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirmelerine neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Topluluk ve topluluktaki kolektif ya\u015fam\u0131n benimsenmesiyle birlikte \u00e7alma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda azalma g\u00f6zlenir. Topluluk i\u00e7inde bir \u015feylerin \u00e7al\u0131nmas\u0131 toplulu\u011fa ve arkada\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131na zarar verilmesi olarak kabul edilmekteydi. Yaln\u0131z d\u0131\u015fa y\u00f6nelik h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli zorluklarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Bunun temelinde ise \u00e7eli\u015fkili de olsa \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi toplumsal duyarl\u0131l\u0131k vard\u0131 diyebilirim. Toplulu\u011fun \u00e7evresinde bulunan k\u00f6y ve \u00e7iftlikleri inceledi\u011fimizde Yeni Ekonomi Politikas\u0131n\u0131n ne yaz\u0131k ki palazland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cKulak\u201d diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan \u00e7ift\u00e7iler kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7ift\u00e7iler devrime ra\u011fmen \u00f6zel m\u00fclklerini korumakta ve geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in ellerinden geleni yaparak, her ne kadar devrime sahip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 savunsalar da devrimin temel de\u011ferlerine kar\u015f\u0131 gelmekteydiler. \u00c7evreye y\u00f6nelik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131klar da genelde bu kulak \u00e7ift\u00e7ilere y\u00f6nelik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmekteydi.<\/p>\n<p>Makarenko\u2019 yu en \u00e7ok u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131ran ise bu h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n temelinde yatan kulaklara y\u00f6nelik besledikleri d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131kt\u0131. T\u00fcm bu zorluklar i\u00e7erisinde tam toplulukta d\u00fczen sa\u011flan\u0131rken toplulu\u011fa yeni \u00fcyelerin gelmesiyle bu d\u00fczen tekrardan bozuluyordu ve \u00f6\u011frencileri bilin\u00e7lendirme s\u00fcreci yeniden ba\u015fl\u0131yordu. Yeni \u00fcyelerin adapte olma sorunu toplulu\u011fun ilk d\u00f6nemlerinde ki gibi sorunlu atlat\u0131lmad\u0131. Buradaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 eski \u00f6\u011frencilerden gelmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u00e7e do\u011fru \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden eski \u00f6\u011frenciler, yenilerin uyum sorununu a\u015fmalar\u0131nda onlara yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmu\u015f, \u00f6\u011fretmenlere ve toplulu\u011fa sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k gibi durumlar\u0131n ya\u015fanmas\u0131 \u00f6nlenmi\u015f, yenilere \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin kendilerine kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanca duygular besleyen, onlar\u0131 insan saymayan bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olmad\u0131klar\u0131 anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (Makarenko, 1993,s.103).<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lerleyen s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde bu i\u00e7e do\u011fru \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 kurulan m\u00fcfrezeler, yani \u201ce\u011fitbilim alay\u0131\u201d halini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kullan\u0131lan kavramlar; m\u00fcfreze, komutanl\u0131k gibi, ya da e\u011fitbilim alay\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme bi\u00e7imi askeri bir disiplin s\u00fcrecine benzetilerek yo\u011fun ele\u015ftiriler alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. M\u00fcfrezeler topluluk \u00fcyelerinin i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131klar\u0131 temel birimlerdi ve ba\u015flar\u0131 Komutanla Kurulunun \u00fcyesi olmak zorundayd\u0131. Komutanlar Kurulu m\u00fcfrezelerin ba\u015f\u0131nda yer alan \u00e7ocuklardan olu\u015fmaktayd\u0131. Artan say\u0131daki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n toplumsalla\u015fmas\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli beceriler kazan\u0131lmas\u0131, ya\u015famsal idarenin ve toplulukta al\u0131nan kararlar\u0131n herkesin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi gibi olumlu etkileri olan m\u00fcfrezeler, toplulu\u011fun ileriki s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde \u201c\u00f6zel m\u00fcfrezelerin\u201d olu\u015fturulmas\u0131yla birlikte denetlenen- denetleyen ili\u015fkisinin de somut ya\u015fant\u0131yla kavrand\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha farkl\u0131 bir i\u00e7erik kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zel m\u00fcfrezeler (\u00e7e\u015fitli i\u015fler i\u00e7in, \u00f6rne\u011fin tarla i\u015fleri, ge\u00e7ici s\u00fcreli olarak kurulurlar) bir haftal\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7in olu\u015fturuluyorlard\u0131. Bunun sonucu olarak toplulu\u011fun her \u00fcyesi bir sonraki hafta yeni bir komutan\u0131n denetiminde yeni bir g\u00f6reve atan\u0131yordu. \u00d6zel m\u00fcfrezenin komutan\u0131 da ayn\u0131 i\u015fleme tabi tutularak, yeni bir m\u00fcfrezede yer al\u0131yor, ama bu sefer kural olarak komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan sonraki hafta komutan olarak g\u00f6rev alam\u0131yordu.
